Your thoughts, feelings and inner world is changing, and so too is your outer world. When a Soul is growing in power and strength, it can benefit from guidance to help make the path into a new way of being in the world that much easier. It is like a wise friend with more life experience helping you navigate through the pitfalls and reach the peaks with more grace. The Goddess Isis is the Divine Guide calling you to embody your Divine Power through this Oracle. She offers Her wisdom and guidance to you to assist you at this time of spiritual growth and transition. She loves you, and wants you to shine and be your radiant self, filled with power and wisdom. Her spiritual lessons brought Her wisdom and power which She shares with you now, that you too may grow and be your radiant self in the world. WHAT IS AN INITIATE OF THE LIGHT? Isis has a special bond with certain souls. Being drawn to this Oracle marks you as one of those souls. She calls them Initiates of the Light. An Initiate is a Soul that is here on Earth to grow spiritually in an accelerated way. It means that life won’t always be easy for you, butyou will have many breakthroughs from darkness into light, moments of deep spiritual connection and your life will be a contribution to all ofhumanity, helping others be inspired to live with less fear and more love. An Initiate of the Light learns that light is in all things. Even those people, places or situations that appear to be dark will still have light within them. The light may be hidden or we may not be able to see it easily if our fears or insecurities have been triggered by the person or situation in question, but nonetheless, the light is still there, waiting to be discovered by the Initiate. Once the Initiate sees the light within darkness, there is much joy, wonder, humility and awe for the Infinite that opens up at a deep and profound level. Life is still a great mystery, and yet there is a sense of great play and love that is found underneath the unfolding life journey for the Initiate. The relationship between the Initiate and life becomes like that of a Divine Child and Divine Mother and Divine Father. Life is experienced as Sacred. As you might imagine, an Initiate of the Light is brave, accepting and curious about life, willing to go where the Soul leads with trust and a sense of spiritual adventure (and a lot of optimism and belief in his or her ability to grow). What you might not have yet realised, is that this is you! As an Initiate you are a precious jewel on the spiritual Zpath and very needed on this planet at this time, for your spiritual growth brings you deeper into awakening and helps others on this planet to grow too, light a lighthouse showing the way for those still finding direction in dark night and rough seas. WHY ALL THE EMPHASIS ON BEINGS WHO LOVE ME UNCONDITIONALLY? You will see consistent reference in this Oracle to unconditional love. It is mentioned often for the specific purpose of constantly aligning you to higher vibrations. When we work with beings on the inner planes, such as gods and goddess energies, there is no guarantee that we are working with the genuine article, the truly Divine liberated being that wants to help us without agenda, to grow spiritually. Such beings do exist, in great number, but there are also other beings, who exist on the inner planes who are not as evolved, who are still learning about unconditional love and may want to help, but are not able to do so in a truly unconditional way. This means that their agenda and unresolved issues can taint any guidance or assistance that they offer to us, no matter how well-meaning it may be. By contrast, a being that loves you unconditionally is completely trustworthy because they are not interested in getting something from you, they are only interested in your spiritual growth and that means their only interaction with you will be according to the laws of love. With such beings your growth will be swift, sometimes challenging but always loving, even if sometimes it seems a little like “tough love’ drenched with kindness and compassion. An Initiate of the Light will sometimes attract beings that do not love unconditionally because they are aware enough to receive information intuitively but may not have grown fully to be able to 8tell if the information is given in unconditional love. Eventually it will be pretty obvious when something is not unconditionally loving, you will just sense it in your gut and heart, but in the learning phases or at any time that you are feeling vulnerable, it can be tricky to discern the truth, especially if the guidance being offered seems spiritually advanced. So it is wise practice to require that any being offering assistance or advice loves the person in question unconditionally - otherwise the advice should be considered questionable at best and usually rejected outright as tainted. Never be afraid to question any guidance or being with the query, “Do you love me unconditionally?” three times. Those that do not will react and often evade answering the question at all. Those that do love you without condition will let you know clearly and openly without hesitation or fluffand you will feel in your heart that you are safe to trust in their guidance. These energies are real and they will have an effect on your body, mind and energy field. ABUNDANCE RITUAL OF SOTHIS Lie comfortably and close your eyes, focusing on your breath and allowing your awareness to dwell within, deeper and deeper as you relax, focusing on the rise and fall of your belly as you inhale and exhale. Allow yourself to become aware that above you is a great star. It is brilliant silver and magnificent. Feel the energy that pulses around it, nuclear, powerful and vast. It is crackling with aliveness and potency. Many other planets, stars and moons are supported by the power of this great star. It feeds them with energy and life, as a spiritual Sun. Be aware that you are floating in a silver river of light in the darkest galaxy, now heading closer towards this Sun. You feel the river of light beneath you, filled with love and power. It naturally guides you towards the star. As you get closer, the river rises and expands, becoming vaster and wider, full of life energy directly from this spiritual sun Sothis. Allow the River to nourish you with the perfect balance of cool and warm energies. Feel yourself rising and falling with the natural flow of the river of light underneath and all around your body, holding you firm and safe, Imagine being cleansed by the river, letting go of 20any energy that is not aligned with abundance, and strengthening all the energies already within you that are aligned with abundance. Can you sense it with your inner hearing? Its vibration reaches through your crown chakra and enters your body, initiating you into great ancient power mysteries of sound, creativity and healing. This is a time when words and music will become increasingly important on your spiritual path and healing journey. When the Lady Isis initiates a beloved into Her Ancient Mysteries, life can become quite interesting! You have a potentially very powerful healing voice and you are guided to recognise the responsibility that you have for what you proclaim through your voice. Is it acknowledgment of freedom, respect and love for others? Do you use your powerful speech with wisdom and kindness? RITUAL OF THE ANCIENT POWER OF THE SISTRUM Ifthere is a piece of music that you love, or a meditation CD that you enjoy, you may like to have it ready to play in a few moments after you have completed the first part of this Ritual. To begin, find a place that is peaceful and close your eyes. You can focus on your heart and imagine that you can hear your heart beating, Imagine that underneath the sound and sense of your heart beating you can hear the sound of a rattle being shaken, softly and slowly at first. Imagine that you can perceive it with your inner hearing - repetitive and growing in strength. Don’t question or judge whether this is working for you, just intend in your heart to receive 25the vibration of the Divine Rattle of Isis underneath the beating of your own heart. Whether you hear it consciously or not, it is there, beloved. Just be peaceful. Say, “I call through unconditional love the Goddess Isis and the Initiation of the Sistrum that I may grow in unconditional love and wisdom, initiated into the ancient mysteries of sound for healing, creativity and manifestation.” When you are ready, repeat the incantation below for as long as feels good for you. When you feel you have completed enough repetitions, just open your eyes. If you have a piece of music or meditation that you love, play that now, really feeling open to the energy underneath the sound or voice. SISTRUM INCANTATION This prayer can be said as an incantation at any time you feel you need healing, especially clearing of negative energy or of errors that you have made through lack of awareness.
