Summary
HMI-07 is a reliable remote monitoring controller that can monitor multiple or
single generator sets at the same time. It has the functions of data monitoring, alarm
display, generator set start-up and shutdown.
HMI-07 controller adopts 7inch 800*480 large screen high resolution LCD
display. Brand new UI monitoring design, touch screen operation, LCD man-machine
interface display.
HMI-07 controller is designed with 4-core high-frequency processing, and
communicates with DC100D MK2 generator set controller through RS485 interface.
The parameters of the generator set can be directly read out through the
communication interface and displayed on HMI-07 controller.

Main Features
 7 inch 800*480 large screen high resolution LCD display, user’s language set if
necessary.
 One or up to four DC100D MK2 genset controllers can be monitored remotely.
 High-end ARM Cortex architecture microprocessor core, LCD man-machine
interface display, touch screen operation.
 Real-time display of generator set parameters and alarm information detected by
the DC100D MK2 controller.
 HMI-07 is able to control detailed parameters and keys operation of DC100DMK2
generator set controller.
 With 2 USB ports.
 A serial compatible interface (COM1_RS232, COM2_RS485, COM3_RS485) .
 Standard water-proof rubber gasket. The waterproof can reach IP65.
 Module design: All the connections are adapted with European connectors so that
installation, connection, repair and replacement can be more easily.

Note: Communication line need use shielded line, if the distance is close, not
need to be connected to the shielded layer.

Note: Please unplug HMI-07 power cable before wiring to avoid electric shock
or accident.

Note: HMI-07 communicates with DC100D MK2 via RS485 communication port,
using the matched communication line, one end (DB9) connects with DC100D MK2,
and the other end, which has 6 lines (two communication ports). 1#485+ and 1#485-
are one communication port, which can connect with two DC100D MK2 controllers
(communication address can be set as 1, 3 ); 2#485+ and 2#485- are the other
communication port, which can connect with two DC100D Mk2 controllers
(communication address can be set as 2, 4 ).

 The controller is fixed by four special fixing members and screws, and the screws
of the metal fasteners cannot be too tight.
 Panel Cutout: W192mm*H138mm.

Note: HMI-07 controller is suitable for 24V DC battery voltage. Beyond this
range, the controller may not work properly or damage the controller;
