Materials Needed : Alcohol Lamp Tripod Chocolate Bar


Wire Gauze Beaker Candle
Metal Clamp Thermometer Butter

What to do :

1. Prepare the materials


2. Put the chocolate bar in the beaker
3. Using the matchstick, light the alcohol lamp
4. Put the beaker over the flame
5. Heat for 2-3 minutes. Observe what happens
6. Remove the beaker from the flame.
Note: Follow the same procedure with butter and candle.

1. What happened to the material when it was put over the flame?
