outlook email.Log in to Mysurety application. Choose Initiate Bond Cancellation' and provide the inputs
received from outiook email, and defaulting some elements. Choose Cancel Bond' and provide
cancellation notes to complete the process. Sending out email notification.

bot Queue as Input. Log in to MySurety application Navigates Menu based on file category Search for
Acc.No #, Bond No # or Bond tracking No # based transaction pulled from queue Upload the File from
shared folder to Mysurety application along with Category and description Verify that the file has been
uploaded successfully. Send out email notification after each document has been successfully loaded.
Generate summary email after the process has completed as output

Add transaction item to orchestrator queue(OM_WineShip_Claims) Log in to Guidewire claim center
application Data entry in Guidewire of FNOL information for claim adjustment and payment.
Assigning to adjuster. Data entry of payment/payee information for issuance. Send encoded email
message subject line with claim documents for automatic ingestion from Email to E-Docs Claims File.
Update orchestrator queue with Processed ClaimNumber.Send out email notification with each phase
status.
