and Anticoagulant Line Air Detector.
This detector contains circuits that transmit an ultrasonic signal through the line. As long as the fluid level in
the line is at a level high enough to remain in the ultrasonic frequency path, the fluid acts as a good medium
and enables the signal to be received by receiver transducer in the detector, the receiving transducer outputs
the received signal to the channel of computer.
When the light on, liquid is in the line; when the light off, air is found in the line.
The input working voltage is ±12VDC, and the output signal high-level (light on) means liquid in the line,
low-level(light off) means air is found in the line.

3.6.2 Not running: check centrifuge driver, watch the alarm code, take an action; if motor is error, and
change it.
3.6.1 Over speed: check centrifuge driver, watch the alarm code, and take an action;
3.6.3 Lowe speed: check centrifuge driver, watch the alarm code, take an action; if motor is error, and
change it.
3.6.4 Centrifuge No Speed: Centrifuge is running, but the alarm is on. Enter the test procedure, at the main
menu, press ‘ENTER’ and ‘1’ key, then press ‘5’, ‘9’, then press ‘MODIFY, to start centrifuge, if the
centrifuge is running, loot at the value of speed of centrifuge, if the value=0, the Hall effect magnetic
devices is failure, replace it, illustration:
Time count
fse1 fse2 rate
blood pump set speed XX AA
blood pump actual speed AC pump actual speed YY
counts of blood pump counts of AC pump speed of centrifuge
Note:The AC pump set speed is equal to XX/100;the blood pump set speed is equal to AA;/AC
pump set speed/the actual rate is equal to YY.
Press “ESC” to quit the procedure.
3.6.5 Big Noise: centrifuge motor is failure, replace it with new one.
3.7 Cuff Working Channel
3.7.1 No air pressure: the air pump is failure, change it. If persist, check cuff board, cable to computer
board. Replace it if need.
3.7.2 No deflate: the Staleness Valve is failure, change the cuff board or deflate valve.
3.8 Line Sensor Monitor Channel
3.8.1 Over range: adjust potentiometer in it, if necessary, if failure, replace it.
3.8.2 Light off: replace it..
3.9 Valve Working Channel
3.9.1 Valve position error: look at the pole move or not, check the position tester, replace it if needed.
3,9.2 Valve close is not tight: means liquid is still flow slowly when the valve is closed, replace it.
3.9.3 Valve pole not move: check valve itself, then look at valve-controlled board, cable etc. replace failure
parts.
3.10 DPM&SPM Channel
3.10.1 Self test failure when no pressure applied to the transducer, replace it.
3.10.2 Position Error: if the DPM filter is inserted into the adapter of DPM, but the alarm is still on, replace
it.
3.11 Bowl Optical Detector Channel
3.11.1 light off: replace it.
3.11.2 Over range: adjust potentiometer. If failure, replace it.
