4. Quality settlement: the Buyers is entitled to make a claim in written against the Sellers if the goods is unqualified (Note: the Sellers will not be
responsible for any rust stain that may have causes due to any sea shipment contamination.)within 3 days after these goods reaching the Buyers.The
Sellers have to settle the claim within 20days after receipt of the Claim .
5. Force Majeure : Neither of the parties shall be taken the responsible for the late delivery or non delivery of the contract products due to the
Force Majeure.However,in such the case ,the sustained party shall inform the other party in due time with a certificate of the
accident issued by the related department where the accident occurs as evidence thereof .
6. Arbitration : All dispute in connection with this contract or execution thereof shall be amicably settled through negotiation .In case no settlement
can be reached between two parties ,the case under dispute shall be submitted to China international Economic and Trade Arbitration
Commission for arbitration.The Arbitration shall take place in Beijing China and shall be executed in accordance with the rules of
procedure of the mentioned Commission and the decision of made by the Arbitraton Commission shall be accepted as final and
binding upon both parties.The fees of arbitration shall be borned by the losing party unless awarded by the Arbitration Commission.
7. Dispute and Claims : The party of breach should bear the losses to the other party resulting form breach.
8. The contract one copy to be hold by each party in witness thereof .Other matter required should be negotiated through both parties.
