kinetic energies of objects or substances. Kinetic

This subgroup focuses on thoughts and the mind.

Some psionicists and psychics can 'read' the
electrical activity of another's brain and can
effectively read the thoughts of that individual.
Other psionicists may even manipulate the electrical
activity of another's brain and can influence their
thoughts, words and actions.

Extremely powerful psionicists can even control

others, while more malicious psionicists can actually
disrupt the electrical activity and cause severe
damage to the mind and brain of an individual.
