Although we cannot go backwards to time and
undo all the negative thinking that we entertained
in our minds and lives, there is however no reason
to do that even if we could. Know this, that All the
power lies in this very present moment. All
Power lies in what you are thinking and feeling

Current Point of Attraction. What do we really
mean by Point of Attraction and why is it
important for us to be conscious of it in our lives?

1 Start your day intentionally
Even in normal circumstances it’s tempting to
start the day by grabbing our phones. but in the
midst of a pandemic it can feel almost responsible
to check the news to stay updated with what’s
happening around us. However don’t make news
the first thing that you see in the morning. It can
introduce panic, anxiety, and a frightening picture
of what the future day or week might hold. Before
interacting with others, spend few minutes in
silence, then reflect on how you want to spend
your day. Verbalize your Intention. Repeat the
intention a few times before you start with rest of
the day.

2 Surround yourself with Positivity
A great way to stay positive is to stick labels of
positive words around your home. For example
labels of words like love, joy, peace, good health,
courage, Gratitude, strength can be stuck on your
desks, computers, wardrobes, mirrors and
refrigerators.
3 Smile
Sometimes a Smile is all it takes to break the chain of
negative thoughts and worries. Smiling will help
change your mood and relieve stress. Even if you
don’t feel like smiling, make an effort to smile, for
the brain does not know that you are not feeling it.
it will facilitate the same happy vibration. Come in
front of a mirror, see yourself smiling for few
minutes. You will feel lighter and more positive.

4 Count your blessings
Every day before you go to bed, thank God for
being with you, be grateful for the good things that
happened to you. Mentally bless all the people in
your life. If you struggle to find anything in the day
that you are grateful for, then remember some past
happy events and be grateful for the opportunity to
have experienced them. Gratitude enables you to
go through toughest of times with peace, joy and
strength.

5 Observe your thoughts
Stay connected with your mind. Many times we are
so engrossed we are not aware what we are thinking
and feeling. Become aware of the thoughts going on
in your mind. Direct attention to what is going on in
your mind in the present moment. When you
observe the thoughts, you start to gain perspective

on the thoughts. You can then choose whether it’s a
good thought or not a good thought which you
would rather not entertain. Remember every
thought is creating an effect in your body. When you
become conscious of what you are thinking, you
automatically start choosing healthy thoughts.
6 Experience the Power of Meditation
If you are not used to meditating, Start meditating
for short periods of time. Set your alarm for five
minutes. Sit comfortably, close your eyes, try to sit in
silence, keeping your body still. Breathe naturally,
observe the sensations in your body. Watch the
thoughts in your mind. If you feel distracted, bring
your focus to your breathing, and continue until the
5 minutes is up. The first few times it might feel
difficult to sit still, but after a while, it will get easier
and soon you will be able to sit for longer periods.
Each time you meditate, you achieve a state of
relaxation. You will begin to experience a sense of
Wellbeing. The more you practice, the more you will

realize how good it feels, and with practice, it
becomes easier to do the next time. Even when the
mind starts wavering, with practice, you will begin to
bring it back to the present moment , into a state of
peace, leaving you fresh and rejuvenated.
7 Choose to Forgive everyone
We all desire to be forgiven for the mistakes we have
made knowingly or unknowingly. So too, others
deserve forgiveness. Be willing to Forgive others. Tell
yourself, “Today I choose to forgive everyone and
everything.” You may even write this statement
down for 21 times daily. For Forgiveness is the
ultimate medicine and the greatest healer that will
cleanse your energy and transform your life. It will
bring you closer to experiencing the God power
within me that will help you Manifest your dreams
and desires.

8 Adopt this Positive Beliefs Technique
We may be having some negative beliefs about our
life. For example, you may have beliefs like, ‘you are
not smart or worthy, it is not easy to succeed’ etc.
Identify these beliefs. They will give you an idea of
how much they are occupying your mind and
impacting your results. Whenever you catch yourself
repeating and recalling a negative story,
immediately replace it with positive one, for
example, “Nothing is in my control, I can’t help it”
can be changed to , “I am in charge of my life, I
deserve success, Everything is going to work out well
for me.”
9 Practice living in the moment
Living in the moment is the key to learning how to
stay positive. Breathe and focus on the moment –
what are you hearing and seeing? What are you

grateful for? At first, it will take conscious awareness
to practice living in the present moment. You have
to keep reminding yourself that the present moment
is the most important moment you have to change
your life. Repeat to yourself this thought several
times in the day, “This moment is a Gift.” Soon you
will find it comes naturally to you. You will start being
more present and mindful. You will start feeling
more energetic, healthy and positive.

Focus on Joy
Remember ultimately what will matter is, not how
many things you acquired in the day. Things don’t
guarantee happiness. but what matters is how joyful
you were, how happily you spent your day. Only
when you are happy and peaceful will you get good
what you want. For happiness and peace are positive
vibrations. Give importance to spending your day
joyfully. This will make everything come to you easily
- good relationships, good health and even more

money. Remember success always follows

Look for what’s going right
Always Ask, what all is going right for me today. We
are always quick to criticize, complain and point out
mistakes we see. If we want to truly transform our
day and our life, let us get into the habit of finding
and seeing the good in the situation. When you
identify and appreciate what’s going right, you will
even be able to remove the bad from the situation.
But if you keep noticing and complaining about the
bad, you will create more of it.
1.12 Spend your day more Mindfully
Do everything lovingly and patiently whether it is
your professional work or your personal work - even
housework, which we often rush through with at

times thinking it’s not so important. Keep everything
neatly and orderly. This will allow you to be filled
with good, positive and divine thoughts. Imagine
your home to be your spiritual heart. When you carry
such pure vibrations, your ego self will never come
in the way. You will feel very peaceful and will
experience more harmony in your home,
relationships and interactions with others.
13 Make someone’s Day
If you are always looking at bringing a smile on faces
of others, it will guarantee a bigger one on yours.
How about helping an elderly person cross the road,
volunteering to open the gate or elevator door for a
person with some heavy bags, helping your mother
some cleaning or cooking, make a phone call and
speak to an old uncle or aunt who loves to talk?
When you unexpectedly and selflessly do your bit to
help Others, you actually bring a smile on their face
and even a small act of yours can make their day.
These small gestures can add so much happiness to

people’s lives. And seeing a smile on someone’s face
will make you forget your own problems. You will
feel more love and power in your own heart. When
you share happiness, it multiplies more and more.
14 De-Clutter
If you want new things to come to you, you have to
make space for them and you can do that only by
clearing old things and unnecessary clutter. Nothing
needs to be stacked up. Everything is energy and
energy must constantly be moving. When energy
gets stuck in one place, it begins to get blocked.
Untidy messy environments drain your energy, they
block your mind, bring down your physical energy
and weaken your will power and determination too.
From an ancient Vedic perspective, physical
congestion affects serenity in a home or workspace.
It affects you physically, mentally, emotionally, and
even spiritually. How you keep your car, home or
office says a lot about what’s going on in your mind
and your life. Messy places lead to messy minds.

Organized environment leads to organized thoughts
and clarity. Clear clutter in small bursts – each day
take 15 minutes and work through a pile or a drawer
or surfaces where clutter piles up. Try it and think of
this as an experiment and see what good you can
manifest into your life when you do it.
15 Love Yourself

We spend so much time doing our best on the
outside -- working on our bodies, careers,
relationships, for our goals. Etc. It's just as important
to spend time doing work on the inside -- developing
deep and lasting self-love, acceptance and
compassion for oneself. The more we can make
ourselves feel whole and worthy as individuals, the
more we will have to give to the world. Self-love can
develop in the form of appreciation for your
individual qualities. What makes you special or
different? What is that thing only you do that makes
you smile? Write down some of your significant
Achievements. Go through this list frequently. When

you are feeling insecure or that pain of not being
good enough, it helps to remind yourself of the
things that prove you are amazing and successful.
For example, If we failed at our job, we feel insecure

you will very quickly come out of those negative
feelings held for self. You will start seeing the
brighter side of things and start attracting better
experiences.

Here’s a great way to shift your vibration - Always
think, recall and talk about the good things that you
have experienced in your life. By doing so, you
relieve the same experience in your mind and
vibration. Doing this repeatedly keeps your mind and
body in a positive state and vibration. You release
happy chemicals and feel lighter and happier.
Children especially absorb the energy of the parents
very easily. So Restrict all negative talk at home.
Instead talk about what went right for you, and how
something worked out for you. When you look
closely you will almost always have something that
infact did go well for you in the day. Talking about
what went right in the day is a powerful way to use
the Law of Attraction to raise your energy and lift the
vibration and thus attract success.

18 Make Patience your Goal
Remind yourself that Patience is your Goal for the
day. If you will eb patient, you will be rewarded with
Success. Commit to developing this virtue more and
more each day. The virtue of patience affects the
quality of your life, your health, your career as well
as your relationships. Practice the art of thinking
before you Act. Think, pause, reflect, then speak or
do. This is the golden rule to develop patience and
thereby bring more Success. One great way to learn
to respond instead of react is to start doing some
deep breathing, keep focusing on your breath for
few minutes. As you do that you will become more
relaxed and in better control of yourself. This is
especially helpful when you feel you are getting
triggered with anger or anxiety.

19 Adopt an Attitude of Gratitude
Start and end your day with Gratitude. People who
are grateful are always happy and peaceful.
Whenever you feel you are slipping away into
negativity, start chanting mentally or verbally the
words, “Thank you”. Continue chanting until your
restlessness comes down and you start to feel
better. When ‘Gratitude’ becomes your priority,
Happiness and Success become your reality!

20 Self talk
Ask yourself, “how many times when I doubted
myself was I able to be happy and successful?
Answer is not very often. Your feelings are your
guidance mechanism like a GPS within. Doubt does
not make you feel good. It brings down your
vibration and blocks your capacity for achieving
success. This ‘not feeling good’ is an indication that

you need to change the way you feel in-order to
succeed at what you are doing. When in doubt,
Visualize. Visualize things working out very well for
you. Imagine the happy end result of whatever it is
that you wish to accomplish. Visualize for a minute
at a time. Continue this practice several times in the
day. Very soon, you will overcome doubt and anxiety
and move closer towards having what you Want.
21 Believe
Have faith that Universe knows best what you need.
It is ever ready to guide us and guard us. If you are
experiencing some troubles, remind yourself,
“blessings coming soon.” Universe knows how we
can be happy and it knows better than anyone else.
Allow Universe and its love to guide you. Tell yourself
daily, Universe is handling my life for me, I am always
under Universal guidance and grace.

are not feeling good,
remember, you are
