INTRODUCTION
The creation of Central Registry (INDIA DEFENCE MART) is an important step in
resolving issues plaguing with the segregated vendor registration process of
different DPSUs. It will allow the existing vendors presently registered with DPSUs
for similar activities to work for other DPUS without repeating the process of
registration and verification. The prospective vendors will get the access to
became vendors of DPSUs through a unified service delivery portal ,the portal
allow them to register for several DPSUs with one single form and single capacity
verification (if required).
The proposed Central Vendor Registry Portal (India defence mart) will be a
centralized one in which vendors for all DPSUs that will act as extended vendors
pool for all DPSUs. These unique vendor database will contain all details of
vendors including vendors specialisation, project completed in past, capacity
verification details, registration details etc.

On the right side of page user can see there is three option is given Admin
interface, search udyami /product, Register and login

After clicking on Admin interface the given page will be shown. User have to log in
to proceed. After fill the ID and password click on login.

If user clicking on register the given page will be shown. User have to fill the details
for register. After fill the all given details click on I’m not robot option and submit
form.

On the right side there is an option given for login. User can login with their
register Login Id. After fill the ID and password click on I’m not robot option and
click on sign in.

There is option will give in fill details View profile, Apply, Application processing,
Company products, Products details, Report, Other, Info.

Fill details
1. General information
User can see option of basic details, management details, registration, and
certifications.

a. Basic information-
User have to fill all the basic information about the company and click to
save option to save in portal.
1. Firstly fill the name of organization
2. Then fill the address
3. Then fill the pincode
4. Then fill the state column with the help of dropdown menu
5. Then fill the company category
6. Then fill nature of company
7. Then fill business category
8. Then fill the industry category
9. Then fill date of establishment
10. Then upload self-attached copy of PAN card in PDF.
11. Then if you have NCAGE number fill the NCAGE NUMBER and fill the date of issue
of NCAGE

12. Then enter website
13. After that enter nodal office
14. Then enter phone number
15. After enter alternate phone number (that should be different)
16. Then enter email
17. After that enter alternate email (that should be different)
Click on SAVE button to save the details.

b. Management Details – user can see and edit company management details
also delete in case it’s not required.

There is an option for add new record that is clickable user can add new record from
this click in company management page. User have to fill all the given details as shown
in given page.
1. Fill the name
2. Select Designation (with the help of dropdown)
3. Fill the address
4. Fill pincode number
5. Fill phone number
6. Fill email address
7. Fill the date of joining
8. Fill DIN number (if any)
9. Is the official authorized for registration click on YES or NsO
10. Is the official authorized as alternate for registration click on YES or NO
Click on SAVE button to save the details.

c. Registration - company can check registration type, registration number,
registration date, registration certificate by clicking on click to view option and also
they can add new record by clicking on edit option and delete by clicking delete
option.

d. Certification – user can see which type of certification they allotted,
certification number, on which date certification started and end date of
certification, copy of certification by clicking click on view user can see the
certificate also add new record that is clickable.

2. Company Information
User can see option for branches, manpower details, joint ventures, Plant &
Machinery Detail

a. Branches- User can see company branches information like address, contact
details, area details, Is head office, Is factory, Is this sales office, Is this marketing
office, Add new record also edit and delete by clicking on given tabs.

b. Manpower- user can see the details of company manpower like financial
years, No of personnel in administrative roll, total skilled manpower, total unskilled
manpower, No of shifts, add new record also edit and delete by clicking on given
tabs.

shown in given page.

c. Joint venture- user can see the JV name, JV address, JV nature, office name,
contact and an option add new record that is clickable also edit and delete by
clicking on given tabs.

d. Plant & Machinery Detail- use can see the details of plant and
machinery like type of machine, specification, capacity etc.

Financial information
User can fill their financial information –financial details, company banker, capital
outlay.

clicking on click to view option.

Existing Vendor- user can apply for NCAGE verification.

After clicking on apply for NCAGE verification given page will be shown. User have
to fill all the given details.

Application processing- After clicking on application processing user can
see the reference no, Apply date, Apply to office, Apply to NCAGE also, Current
status, clarification.

Company products- After clicking on company products user can see
products, Categorization, NATO details, Technology, Products codes, Capacity, Add
new products- Add new service. User can edit products by clicking on edit. They can
also delete product by clicking on delete option. Product OEMs, product raw material,
product orders etc.

Account management - there is an option for enroll DSC, change password,
log off.

A. Enroll DSC- user can enrol their company for DSC. User can see company name,
Address, email, Validity, Enrolled on and also remove option for remove by click on
click option.

B. Change Password- user can change their password from this click.

C. Log out- user can logout their profile by clicking on logout option.
