AFFIDAVIT OF SERVICE

I, CHRISTOPHER JOSE, of legal age, Filipino, with office address at Unit 515,
Pacific Century Tower, 1472 Quezon Avenue, South Triangle, Quezon City,
Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose
and state that:

1. On October 03, 2023, I personally served a copy of Pre-trial Brief in the


case of Cervantes v. Cervantes, Case No. R-QZN-00526 CV to the Office
of the City Prosecutor, Record Section, Ground Floor, Hall of Justice,
Quezon City.
2. That on same day, I personally mailed a copy of the same pleading via
