*We add ('s) to singular nouns to show possession:


EX; -
-Emma's brother.
-Sam's bicycle.
-The shop's customer.

*When something belongs to more than one person and we give a


list of names, we put ('s) on the last name.
EX: -
-Sam's and Emma's house.
-Sam and Emma's house.

*We add (s’) to plural nouns ending in -s: -
