a Fresh feed LOI = 35.5 %

fresh Feed to clinker ratio = 100

LOI of kiln feed = 35.6 %

kiln Feed to clinker ratio = 100


(100 - kiln feed LOI )

= 1.55

Actual lime in clinker = 65.14 % (from X-ray)

Drop in lime = 0.95 %

Dilution = Drop in lime

= 1.45 %

kiln feed to cli. Ratio = kiln Feed to clinker ratio +(dilution * kiln feed to cli. Ratio/100)

= 1.58

PH dust loss = 8%
