INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATE
1. Roll No. Slip is provisional. Result will be quashed if found ineligible.
2. Reporting time at centre is 15 munites before paper starting time.
3. Un-authorised change of Centre/Subject/Group is strictly prohibited. No marks of identification should be made on the answer book.
4. In case of wrong entries/concealment of previous examination information, Roll Number slip/result shall be cancelled/quashed.
5. Application for correction in this slip must be received atleast '7' days before commencement of the examination.
6. Keep this slip carefully, along with you during the course of examination and provide the Roll Number slip as and when required by Supervisory
Staff/monitoring teams.
7. The candidates are directed to keep their ears visible during the course of examination.
8. The candidates are allowed to use scientific calculators without mini computers. Other tools like Mobile, Blue Tooth, Wireless Phones and Walky- Talky
etc are not allowed to carry in the hall.
9. No mark of identification should be made on the answer book (if applicable). Don't use obscene language in the answer book and don't misbehave with
the supervisory staff.
10. Any Candidate who stages a walk out/boycott or instigates others to do so in the Examination Hall or around any Examination Hall shall be liable for all
the damages.
11. If any student is found Expelled/Rusticated or involved in any illegal activity, the Result will be quashed under the University Rules.
12. Keep your original CNIC alongwith you during the course of Examination.
