CEILINGS

The document discusses different ceiling material options including gypsum board, fiber cement board, PVC panels, and metal spandrel. Gypsum board is easy to work with but less durable. Fiber cement board is more durable and weather resistant but requires more finishing work. PVC panels are easy to install but more expensive and less available. Metal spandrel is termite and fire resistant but prone to corrosion and has poor insulation.
