a quality Assurance Department
for assuring the overall quality. The central Quality
Department is consists of 10 well experienced, educated, as
01 Sewing Quality well as dedicated Quality Controllers. The team is
maintained and directed by a Quality Assurance Manager
who possesses sound knowledge regarding the world
standard quality or the quality that Buyers expect. The
Quality Department is not at all involved in any production
matter. They are always engaged in Assuring the Quality of
Production.

02 AQL. Followed AQL Level 2.5 is strictly followed in all steps in Sewing and
Finishing sectors of the entire factory.

Daily Finishing The Daily Finishing and Packing Capacity of BRIDGENET APPARELS

Fire fighting equipments
Fire fighting equipment’s, water supply, hygienic, lighting, ventilation, all clean and
safety standard, medical service, prohibited of child labor all are comply with
international COC and human right standard

Factory is equipped with all fire fitting equipments like fire extinguisher, fire beater,
water/sand bucket, water hose pipe, lock cutter, stretcher, gong bell, rope, P/A system, gas
musk.

 Preparation of inventory of fabrics or yarns & accessories after import.
 Quality inspection of yarn or fabric & accessories (10% of fabric inspection in
order to attain at-least 40 points).
 Fabric & Trim chart preparation for buyer’s approval.

 Quick check of cut panels, numbering & bundling.
 Sewing as per PP approval.
 Operation-wise in line quality check.
