Responsibilities:

 Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product


managers, and fellow developers, to ideate, architect, and implement innovative
web and mobile applications that align with industry trends and user preferences.

 Employ best practices in code structure, architecture, and design patterns to ensure
scalable, maintainable, and high-performing applications.

 Develop responsive, interactive, pixel-perfect user interfaces that provide seamless


experiences across various devices and screen sizes.

 Implement user-centric design principles, focusing on usability and accessibility to


create intuitive and engaging interfaces.

 Stay ahead by researching, experimenting with, and integrating the latest


technologies, frameworks, and tools relevant to web and mobile app development.

 Collaborate in the planning and execution of A/B testing and user feedback analysis
to drive continuous improvements in application functionality and user
engagement.

 Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other


technical challenges through rigorous testing, debugging, and optimization.

 Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders,


fostering a culture of shared understanding and collaboration.
 Contribute to the technical community by sharing insights, knowledge, and
expertise through internal knowledge-sharing sessions, blog posts, or open-source
contributions.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent


practical experience).

 A robust portfolio showcasing your proficiency in developing sophisticated web and


mobile applications, including user-centric and visually appealing designs.

 Extensive experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and


JavaScript, along with proficiency in one or more modern frameworks (e.g., React,
Angular, Vue.js).

 Strong expertise in mobile app development using platform-specific languages and


tools such as Swift/Objective-C (iOS) and Kotlin/Java (Android).

 In-depth understanding of cross-platform development frameworks like React


Native, Flutter, or Xamarin, with a precise grasp of their advantages and limitations.

 Demonstrated ability to architect RESTful APIs and integrate them seamlessly with
front-end interfaces.

 Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with continuous
integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

 Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to debugging,


troubleshooting, and optimizing application performance.

 Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and web and


mobile app development best practices.

Preferred Skills:

 Experience with server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails) and
cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

 Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and


Kubernetes.

 Knowledge of Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), offline-first design, and other modern
web development techniques.

 Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles,
enabling effective collaboration with design teams.
