This unit covers the competences required to demonstrate understanding of comparative studies, trends and issues
in education. It involves analyzing education and training system in Kenya and comparing Kenyan education
and training system with those of selected countries.

Analyze emerging issues in education and training in Kenya
Compare Kenyan education and training system with systems of education in other countries.
