As we know, everyone loves to smile nicely that’s why perfume becomes the basic product of
everyone’s wardrobe. So, we are launching perfumes with natural and halal ingredients. Ladies
and Gents are crazy for good perfumes. There are not many profession that smell as nice as
owning a perfume shop. We launch to start a perfume business or open a perfume store. Because
this business has a good impact on the market the reason behind that is no elegance is possible
without perfumes.

Perfumes are best thing that is used as a gift. Perfumes puts the finishing touch to elegance, an
invisible extra that completes a man and women’s personality. Without it, there is something

Our mainly target market are working men and women and mostly university going boys and
girls. They are more interested and crazy for good fragrances.

Market positioning of my product is made through market analysis, customer analysis and
positioning of our product in customers minds . It is compulsory to study market for
globalization. And make our strong position in market to stay for long term as a successful brand
and generating high profit.

The product I launch for my marketing plan are perfumes. A good product with so many
varieties. It is safe and non-irritating exudes a light fragrances you can use it with confidence.
Long Lasting-smell, floral and fruity smell and natural refreshing. This perfume aims to attract
people. Perfumes made AquaSilk with your favorite fragrances concentrate to make a completely
alcohol free Halal spray perfume.
We are living in Islamic country So Halal products market exists wherever there are Muslims
consumers whose tastes are governed by Halal rules and the ingredients used.

Therefore, we took innovation this product. So, that different brand and product features in
customer’s mind like health conscious, styling, long lasting fragrance and many more.

For the pricing of my product I’ll use cost base pricing. I can charge my customer according to
the product design and its levied expenses.
Pricing Strategy
My product is new in the market. The strategy I used for my product is market penetrating as
most of the customers in the start of buying something new are price conscious. I can be able to
sell maximum product.
Place
For the placement of my product exists in Lahore. I’ll target the huge market across all over the
Pakistan. So our market is too big and the growth is definitely because of increase in the demand
of perfumes. I established and deliver my product in all the markets of major cities.
Promotion
One of the most important aspects of a successful launch is positively so I will develop an
awareness to promote our product through Digital Marketing, Sales Promotion, Public
Relations.
The advertising strategy in the Smell n Buy marketing strategy through social media sites like
Instagram, Facebook, print media etc. I want to gain some publicity for my product then try to
use an online strategy. Start bt creating an online contest where people get a bottle of perfume as
a reward when they answer a question correctly.
Contingency Planning
Many fragrances ingredients has been far from immune impact of Covid-19 disease recently, that
can cause headaches, nausea, throat irritation, asthma attack and sinus condition. The current
economic situation does not help the business world either in that consumer spending is down
significantly. I’ll plan to introduce future health and beauty product such as natural organic
perfumes.
Nothing bad goes on to your skin or in your nose! Perfect for the beauty and health
conscious!
Supply Chain Management
The supply chain of my product can be through me as I want to personally study the behavior of
customer towards my product. So, I present myself as manufacturer as well as shopkeeper. And
about online customer, I contact leopards for the delivery of my product to the customer. I
preferred direct linkage with customer for the good future of my product and want to study the
new ideas the customer want in my product.
