A. Summary Narrative
In this study the author found weak privacy concerns on social networking sites and it aims to
proposed changes in different social media platforms to address this issue of the users including
password policy information disclosure awareness with the use of antivirus.
And it’s very vital that social media users are not personally knowledgeable enough to use
social media site about its security privacy. Social networks have become part of human life. It started
into text, liking photos and sharing of information online This study conveys lots of possible things
that can possibly happen in terms of privacy and security online. Social media platforms can be
possibly dangerous in exposing your private information that you input in its data possible threats that
a security.
There are lots of possible threats that a user can face, when users cite or click different
websites there are possible threats Upon utilizing it improperly users are highly being vulnerable to
attacks on information systems such as cyber-crime, scamming and information leaking.
B. What lessons have you learned?
I learned that extensive use Social media networking sites without of knowing its privacy and
security setting can lead to exposing your own take private identity. to public most likely we are victims
of hackers in social media because are not using some Anti-Virus to protect our private information.
And sometimes the main reason is we are gullible because we usually trust people in social media
to click some links that was sent to us and we need to be had knowledge in using privacy settings to
protect ourselves.
C. What suggestions can you offer?
In the study it was stated there lots of possible ways to prevent leaking of private information
addition aside from proposing changes about the security options of some social media platforms.
why can't people be careful in using Social media and limit their selves on using it. Proper use of
social media can protect us from different major attacks in social media.
D. Conclusion
The utilization of social media networking. sites enable every user to be prone to online threats
and dangers into. online communities. It stated in the study that the privacy of users can be affected
and expose in many ways. Individuals purpose on using social media is just to share their own
interest, activities and real-life connections with others. But their lack of attention into privacy and
security can lead to online danger and threats. It's individual’s responsibility to be mindful in privacy
and security of their information.
