Instruction
After the activity kindly answer the following questions:

1. Does your daily food intake follows the ideal food guide for Filipinos/Pinggang Pinoy? If yes,
how do you manage? If no, Why?

- No, because mostly what I eat depends on what the whole family wants, not my own.
I also don't have the budget to buy my own food, so what I eat really depends on
them.

Do you think being healthy or physically fit nowadays is very hard to achieve? What do you
think are the factors that affect in achieving a healthy lifestyle?

No, because if you're sincere about wanting to be physically fit, you'll work out in
spite of it or deal with it head on. I believe that maintaining a healthy lifestyle needs
the following elements: 1) regular exercise, 2) drinking plenty of water, 3) eating a
balanced diet, and 4) taking vitamins to strengthen the immune system.

2. With our current situation now, being locked down because of COVID2019, what is your
plan to maintain a healthy lifestyle?

My plan for having a healthy lifestyle is practising discipline in all aspects of my life,
from the food I eat to the exercise I perform to keep my body in fit. In order to protect
myself from illnesses that we cannot see, I also make sure to take my medication
each day.

3. Based on this activity, what did you realize?

I came to the realisation that some of the food I eat—oily foods or frozen foods—is bad
for my health, and the schedule of my meals is improper. Because I didn't get the
nutrition I needed to sustain a healthy lifestyle, I got a fever last Friday and shortly
developed a cold. I record the things I eat because of this exercise, and I keep track of
whether they are still healthy or not.
