7. You shall comply with Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act and make payments to your
workmen accordingly. In case you engage 10 & above labourers in the work on any working day you
Shall be required to-submit registration certificate under the B.0.C.W, (RECS) Act 1996 and in case
you engage 20 (Twenty) or more labourers in the work on any working day you shall be required to
~Submit Labour license under Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition} Act 1970 for the same.
8. You shall comply with CMPF/any other appropriate PF authority's clause of tender document and
you will have to submit ‘No dues certificate” from Provident Fund Authority, Ministry of Labour, Govt
Of India at Jharkhand before finalization of final bill
9. Work shall be executed strictly as per spectication in accordance with laid down norms of company.
10. You shall be responsible for arranging all necassary tests of materials as per instruction of Project
Engineer ( Civil) G.M.Unit Piparwar Area. / Engineer-in-Charge at your own cost as per terms &
Conditions of Tender Document.
11. You shall make your own arrangement for all materials, tools, staff and labour required for the above
work. The rates for the work include all taxes (excluding GST), octoroi, carriage, tools etc. for
execution and completion of work.
12. You shall arrange necessary water for the work & for your own establishment. However, if available
and feasible the company may arrange water at one point near the work site for which recovery @
1% (One percent) ofthe contract value of work done shall be made from your bil

16. Input Tax Credit (ITC) is available / not available for this work.
17-Your tax invoice raised must be in compliance of relevant GST Acts, Rules and notifications made there
under and should bear the GSTIN of CCL. The rate and amount of IGSTICGST/SGST, GST
{Compensation to State) cess if any), related to execution of work shall be shown separately in Tax
invoice
18 The IGSTICGSTISGST end GST (Compensatidn to State) cess (if any), as applicable at the tine of
Sxecution of the work, shall be paid extra against submission of proper tax invoice, as referred above by
you so that CCL is able to avail Input tax Credit (If available) of such IGSTICGSTISGST, GST
(Compensation to State) cess (if any) reflected in the invoice.
19. Ifthe ITC claimed is disallowed due to failure on your part in incorporating the tax invoice issued to CCL
in ts relevant returns under GST, payment of IGSTICGST/SGST, GST (Compensation to State) cess
{i any) shown in tax invoice to the tax authorities, issue of improper tax invoice or any other reason
whatsoever, the applicable taxes and cess paid based on such tax invoice along with interest, penalties
if any levied on CCL, shall be recovered from your current Bils and any other dues,
20, The amount of IGST/CGSTISGST and GST cess if any as indicated in Tax invoice shall be paid only
when they appear in GSTR 2A of CCL and you have filed the valid return in accordance with provisions
of the GST acts and Rules made there under.
21. In the event of any additional tax liabilities aceruing on you due to classification issue or for any other
reason the liability of CCL shall be restricted to the amount of GST charged on original tax invoice
issued by you
22. You shall pass on the benefit on account of reduction in rate of tax on any supply of goods and / or
services or-any benefit of the input tax credit to CCL by way of commensurate reduction in prices in
terms of Anti profiteering clause of GST Act 2017.
23, You are requested to submit the following for execution of agreement / Detail Work Order within 21
(twenty one) days from the issue of this Award of Work: —
