Professional Persona of Riley King

Riley King had coworkers complete a People Style and Culture Map diagnostic about him during a summer job in 2023. Both Riley and his coworkers identified him as a "Driver" - someone who is analytical and able to voice ideas to the group. His coworkers provided feedback that he is task-oriented, a leader rather than follower, and should understand how driven and dedicated he is. Riley sees himself as driven to learn, a leader who moves the team forward, and a problem-solver who thinks critically. He aims to consistently display the same character traits across contexts and continue growing based on feedback.
