Using Frequencies to Balance the Brain
Introduction
The brain is a marvelous processing station for our bodies and minds. It helps coordinate all bodily
functions and experiences through the nervous and endocrine control systems.
The brain is an electrical organ, and its functions are electrically modulated. Most modern people
have imbalances of the brain due to high levels of stress, electronic over-stimulation, toxins, electro-
magnetic pollution and more.
Microcurrent frequency sequence therapies (FST) can be a powerfully effective modality for
balancing brain function. FST can offer the following benefits related to the brain:
1. Stress reduction, relaxation
2. Hormonal balancing
3. Adjunct to autonomic N.S. balancing
4. Help heal diseases of the brain (more research needed)
5. Support and accelerate learning
6. Help reduce ADD and ADHD
7. Many more!
In this short ebook I will share powerful microcurrent frequencies that can be used to help balance
the brain. No claim can be made for any curative effects of microcurrent. What is offered here is
for research purposes by qualified practitioners.
In all cases it is necessary to understand and follow the following cautions and contraindications for
using microcurrent to treat the head:
Take a thorough medical history first. Make sure you ask about these conditions:
A. History of seizures / epilepsy. This is a contraindication for microcurrent treatment of the
head and neck. Certain frequencies of microcurrent could be a beneficial aspect of treatment for
these conditions, but only as part of a comprehensive treatment plan that includes knowledgeable
use of distal point, herbs, medications and other appropriate therapies.
B. Current heart disease or history of heart disease - contraindication
C. Cancer: active or in remission less than 2 years – risks from applying FST are unknown,
so best to avoid such prolonged microcurrent stimulation. Brief probe treatments (6 – 30 seconds
per set of points) on well-chosen acupuncture points using microcurrent and light are generally safe
and may be beneficial for pain relief, energetic/emotional balancing nausea, immune stimulation
and more.
D. Pregnancy – Best to avoid microcurrent stimulation during pregnancy. Again brief probe
treatments by a qualified acupuncturist are generally safe after the first trimester.
Method of Application
FST (Frequency Sequence Therapy) does not have to be applied directly to the brain area to have
beneficial effects on the brain. Each chakra in the body has a direct correspondence to a part of
the brain, as does the nervous system and spinal cord. Therefore general body applications as
described here will connect to the brain well.
1. Using TENS pads: Use two sets of lead wires (Channels A and B) with electrode pads attached.
Create a broad crossing pattern from the lateral occipital area (near mastoid process) to opposite
side of sacrum. Channel A can run from left mastoid area to right sacrum, Channel B from right
mastoid area to left sacrum.
To make the pads over mastoid area stay in place, the use of surgical tape is recommended.
Make sure pads are conducting by checking conductivity meter on device, then start current.
2. Using wet towels: A good alternative method is to take two small wet cloth towels, and roll them
up. With patient lying in prone position, place one under their neck and the other under the
sacrum, touching the skin. Use alligator clip adapters attached to your lead wire end pins to clip
onto pieces of metal foil, and place one under each towel. Check conductivity meters on your
microcurrent device to ensure good connection, then start current.
It is not recommended to use all of the frequencies listed below for each session. Using your
knowledge of the patient’s condition and appropriate testing, select the most applicable tissue
(Channel A) and condition (Channel B) frequencies. If you own a FST Module you can program
them in and save it as a new sequence.
Always observe the patient carefully, and discontinue treatment if they report any aggravations.
Make sure they are well hydrated prior to applying extended microcurrent treatments.
Frequencies and Treatment Parameters
The following parameters can work well. Use your own judgment and dowsing/muscle testing to
confirm optimal parameters.
Intensity: 100 – 200 µA
Polarity: I suggest that you test whether biphasic or polarized (+ near head, – over sacrum) is
better for each individual. A simple way to do that – set up electrodes on body, then apply one
second of biphasic, test. The apply one second of polarized and test. The stronger muscle test is
the polarity placement to use.
Waveform: Sloped waveform is usually best. It may be worth dowsing for optimal waveform as
well. As described for polarity, apply one second of Square wave, Slope wave and Sawtooth, and
test after each one. Strongest muscle response wins. This degree of accuracy is recommended
when you have a very sensitive patient, or one with very challenging and reactive disorders.
Modulation: None – use continuous (no modulation)
Treatment time: 20 – 45 minutes per session. Start with shorter time the first treatment, then
increase up to maximum as you see that this method is well-tolerated.
Frequencies: Select from the frequencies in the table on the next page.

(next page)
As stated above the brain is in direct or indirect communication with all body systems. The
following methods are excellent for enhancing the effect of FST for the brain.
1. Spinal Autonomic Balance (Tutti Frutti): applying a series of therapeutic colors and microcurrent
frequencies on para-spinal points, working from top to bottom.
2. PNE Balancing: Evaluating and balancing the chakra system. Each chakra corresponds to a
part of the brain.
3. Acupuncture: Well-chosen acupuncture treatments to regulate out of balance Organs and
meridians can complement brain balancing. Some traditional acu-points have Chinese names that
indicate a connection to the “Marrow”, which in traditional Chinese Medicine connects to the brain
and spinal cord.
4. Osseous manipulation (chiropractic or osteopathic): Relieving subluxations of the spine,
particularly the Atlas, may be required for these treatments to work to their optimal extent. It will be
obvious when manipulation is needed – the patient will complain of pain and stiffness in their next
and/or shoulders.
There are many more healing methods that will complement brain balancing. Try the ones you
know and love in conjunction with this method and let us know your results!
