MIS FORM 3 PRE-CLASSROOM OBSERVATION CHECKLIST (p-COC) (T-MT) Instructions 1. This Tool shall be used accomplished by the teacher during the Pre-Observation Conference. This Tool! shall be utilized by the IS Provider (MT or SH) to observe the teacher in the classroom. 3. The teacher will mark check (W Jon the appropriate column for every indicator which he/she thinks is observable. Note: +The indicators used in the tool is consistent with the PPST- RPMS. +The indicators are based on the classroom observable strands for both Proficient and Highly Proficient Teachers. ‘CLASSROOM OBSERVABLE INDICATORS Observable indicators Remarks/Agreement PPST Domain 1 ~ Content Knowledge & Pedagogy 1.Apply knowledge of content within and across ‘hing area 2.
