Purpose: Fino Lite Portal– Build to offer Fast, Convenient and Reliable Experience to our Merchants

Existing Partner Portal:


 The existing Fino Partner Portal was designed at the time of Bank’s inception catering to the needs of the Bank at that
point in time, for it’s Merchants
 It is designed in a way that first the customer relationship with the Bank is established and then the products and
services which we offer to that customer is displayed on the customer dashboard page

New Fino Lite Portal:


 As we have evolved as a Bank and the need to make the interface intuitive for our Merchants is our primary objective –
we have designed a new age technology driven Fino Lite Portal
 Fino Lite Portal enables the Merchant to view all the options on the Dashboard post Login, eventually saving the time of
the Merchant for performing any transaction and helps the Merchant to cater to maximum users
 With Fino Lite Portal, Merchants will experience:
 Easy Login
 Simple User Interface – Dashboard page and Transaction pages
 Quick navigation/ toggle between modules
 Quick transaction completion time by reducing the number of clicks per transaction and providing quick tools
 Tools for users for easy recon, search transaction etc
 Providing all functionalities under a product/ service on the transaction page itself
 Fino Lite Portal ensures Quick service and a Seamless transaction journey as all the requisite Drivers are available on
the respective Transaction Page like AePS, MATM and Aadhaar Pay
