Subject: FROM BERO COMPANY
Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this email finds you well. I’m Mary - purchase manager from Bero Company. I am
writing this letter to express my disappointment about the recent order we just placed with
your company.
Last month, I ordered 200 packages of materials for our products on the understanding
that they would be delivered on June 16th, 2023, which means a week from now ago with
standard quality, and the price would follow the contract we signed on May 30th, 2023.
Although you indicated that this might be difficult, you assured us that you could manage
it.
However, the goods I received today yesterday with the quality of materials from your
company did not perform well all the packages were not of good quality. These goods did
Besides, I am of the opinion that the amount you invoiced is not correct, as this does not
match the amount stated in the purchase contract, and the agreed discount agreed to in
the contract has not been applied to the order yet. We will be forced to withhold payment
until you We need to clear this up before I can process your invoice for payment. If this is
an input error, just send a corrected statement to my attention immediately. Please send
us correct invoice immediately.
Last but not least on the delay of delivery, I just received the goods today, which were a
week late this is the second time we have had to write to you on this subject, and we
cannot allow the situation to continue. We have already explained that it is essential to
make due delivery of the goods meet the due date, as late delivery could create a very
serious problem. Unless we have absolute assurance that you can guarantee the
punctuality promptness of all future deliveries, we will have to look for another supplier.
I hope that you can take my complaint seriously and have a plan to improve your
service, so there will not be any customers who have to suffer like us. I look forward to
receiving your prompt response. Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Ms. Mary.

I was so disappointed with your most recent supply of production supplies which I

time. However, the most recent/ latest delivery was met with many issues. we were
unable to complete this case due to your inadequate obtaining. So, I am writing this
letter to express my disappointment and to request a solution for to address this
situation.
Although our company has been purchasing materials from your company for a
considerable period of time, the last delivery still encountered many issues. Firstly, the
quality of the packages did not meet our requirements. Moreover, the agreed price was
incorrect, and the discount was not applied, resulting in an inaccurate invoice. Finally,
If you do not respond to this letter immediately, we will have no alternative but to require
replacement items from your company in order to replace the for damaged ones. Besides,
my our company will not make payment for any order until we have received the correct
invoice information. While we understand that occasional delays in deliveries can occur in
some cases, it is important for us to ensure that our supplier can meet delivery deadlines.
If your company does not resolve the situation immediately, we will have no choice but to
look for another supplier to ensure the continuity of our production.
We truly hope that we can reach a mutually acceptable compromise on this issue.
Sincerely,
