that is made of love and passion of creating a delicious food combination into one.

Tooth, we are very much committed to serving our dear customers with full satisfaction as well
as good food that will get them into a good mood. Our goal is to build an environment that will

Ilarawan ang iyong Negosyo:
The journey of Sweet Tooth started with a project in Entrepreneurship. The Founder is
a student, aspiring to be a businesswoman, Hazel Capada. In that subject, they have to come up
with a business idea and so the founder got inspired with her favorite snack which is turon and
her favorite drink which is a very popular sweet drink at that time, mango graham shake. That
little idea turned into a plan and just like any other fresh starter, she dreamed of making it a
reality but it took her long before she got to that point.
Gladly, she has experience in business since her family has a pastry business and so all
the knowledge and skills she has is what helped her to achieve her goal.
Little by little, she managed to build her business, from online to physical store. Her
business now has its own team.
The founder specifically chose a business name that is common which is Sweet Tooth,
so that everybody is familiar.
As you walk to our store, you will feel special because we give every customer a
friendly and personalized service. Our store also has a fresh ambiance and we always made
sure that the food quality is consistent.
To this day, Sweet Tooth is still a newbie, but because it is being managed with passion
and dedication, it resulted in good reviews from its customers.
Sweet Tooth is still growing and will continue on providing the best treats and service
for everybody.
Bakit mo napili ang Negosyong ito?
As a founder, I specifically chose this business because I believe that I already have
that passion in making food and knowledge in managing this kind of business. I feel more
flexible and productive when I am in the food business and so it is easier for me to meet the
goal that I set for my business. Also, I choose a business that is new for everyone because we
people can get very curious about certain things and my plan here is for them to buy out of
curiosity.
Anong mga SKILLS meron ka upang maging matagumpay sa iyong napiling Negosyo?
I have great communication skills which play a very important role in promoting my
business. Also, creativity enables me to really build an organized and planned business, but the
skill that I am most proud of is having a good time management because this is what helps me
to be more productive and being productive helps me to communicate better and to think of an
idea. And because of these skills, I am able to grow in the industry that I entered.
Anong mga EXPERIENCE meron ka upang mapatakbo ng maayos ang iyong Negosyo?
We have a family pastry business and most of the time, I am the one who does the
selling and the inventory, as well as the promotion. Even in my younger days, I was exposed to
how business works. Before I built this existing business of mine, I already had a business of my
own before, it is a mini donut business. It was very successful, I actually managed to sell it not
only at our store and online, but I also managed to have a reseller in the City that I lived in,
Baliuag and also around San Rafael and San Ildefonso.

Sweet Tooth products are affordable and very timely nowadays. It is also enjoyable
by any age and it is not very time consuming to make.

Since it is a budget-friendly store, the increase in product demand can be a little
problem at times, but we are always trying our best to give what our business needs. If
necessary, we are open to grow our team for us to be able to perform a good service for our
customer.
OPPORTUNITIES: (joint ventures, new innovation, international market)
We are always working on building a connection with other fellow food businesses to
create value and to engage more people, and we are also open for self-investment for our team
to learn new skills that could be an asset in our business.
THREATS: (new competitors, price monopoly etc.)
The threats for Sweet Tooth involve other potential competitors that offer the same
services and food, as well as pricing that could affect our marketing strategy and eventually the
sales of our product.

also to its location. Since the business spot is near the Elementary School of Sabang, the target
customers are specifically the students of the said school and that is also why the Sweet Tooth
team made sure that the product is budget-friendly while maintaining its quality taste.

In Sweet Tooth, they offer a different variety of newly introduced treats, wrapped in
lumpia wrapper which include Lumpiang Mango Graham, Lumpiang Salad, and Lumpiang
S’more. Sweet Tooth are planning on producing more variants as the business runs.

Sweet Tooth uses strategic pricing wherein instead of setting a high price to meet
the exact value of capital, they are expecting profit that is half of the capital and so they sell
their product at a low and reasonable price while at the same time, they are able to sell a high
number of their products.

Since the business has its own physical store, and is open to online delivery. The
team made sure that every product is available for everyone, they are free to position it
anywhere. In order to showcase it to the physical store, they will display it right in front, facing
the center and it will be placed in a food glass. They will also post it to social media such as
facebook, instagram, and tiktok in order to reach as many people as possible, as well as to help
promote their product.
