a. Memorandum from CSUPT ROY RODERICK P AGUTO, DSC,
Regional Director, BFP R3 dated 05 September 2023 re: above-
subject;
b. Memorandum Circular 2023 – 115 from the Department of the
Interior and Local Government re: Inspection and Assessment of
the Structural Integrity and Safety of All Poles and Towers
Bearing Power Lines and Telecommunication Cables Within the
Local Government Unit’s Territorial Jurisdiction dated 11 August
2023; and
c. Memorandum dated 29 August 2023 signed by CSUPT
MANUEL M MANUEL, Acting Chief Directorial Staff BFP NHQ
re: above-subject.

2. In connection with the above-mentioned references, you are hereby


directed to inspect and assess all power lines and transmission cables to ensure that the
same do not constitute a risk to the public. Likewise, you must ensure to provide all
necessary assistance to local government units such as on the introduction or
enforcement of preventive measures for all other hazardous structures to prevent the
same from causing associated risks with regard to its hazardous nature.

3. Submit to this office (ATTN: FSEB) the result of inspection NLT 07 1100H
September 2023 through email address: [email protected] using the
attached template.
