I, JENELYN CASINILLO, of legal age, Filipino, and resident of Baring, Lapu-Lapu City,
Philippines after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:

1. That as of the present time, I am not employed in any capacity at any private or government
corporation, company, and to any individual person;

2. That I am not presently employed in any capacity and not under any affirmative obligation to
obtain employment;

3. That I am executing this Affidavit of Non-Employment to attest to the truth of all the
foregoing;
