Statement of Work

Job Description:
1.Build grade up with clay base and topped with $ 1800.00
topsoil on west side of foundation and reseed $ 960.00

2.Create drain with weeping tile pipe and rock to


south property line/ city set back. Place filter
fabric over weeping rock and install sod to original
look.

3.Build grade up with clay base along west side of


front porch and top with topsoil and reseed.

4.Build grade with clay base on east and north wall


and place weeping rock or mulch.

5.Install 2 window wells used and in good shape. $ 200.00


SUB TOTAL $ 2960.00
GST 5% $ 148.00
TOTAL$ 3108.00
