Note about the machine material : The Colloid Mill is not full stainless steel. Only the machine outside body (SS 201) + the parts connecting with raw material (Stator
and Rotor are SS420) are SS. Other parts are carbon steel. We can also customize the SS parts with SS304 or SS 316.
Because we use the SS material for the parts connecting raw material , can increase the Corrosion resistance . And we use the carbon + material for other parts , can
improve the hardness.
3 types Stator & Rotor for different raw materials.
Type 1 Stator & Rotor : For nut such as Peanut Type 2 Stator & Rotor : For fruit & vegetable & meat such as Chili, Type 3 Stator & Rotor : For liquid raw material
butter, Almond butter, Sesame butter, etc. Garlic, Ginger , Meat, etd. such as Soybean milk.

Details of cooling system
There are 2 cooling mouths connecting with the water
pipes. One is inlet , another is outlet .
It can protect the machine from the high temperature
when long time gringding.

Within the fineness range of
every model, you can adjust it
by the adjusting ring .
(1).With clockwise: Improve
fineness;
(2). With counterclockwise:
Reduce fineness

For the nut raw material , you need roast or soak it before grinding
(If you want the nut butter or paste, you need roaste the nut; If you want the nut milk, you need soak the nut )
Why ?
Answer:
(1). First: Our Colloid Mill is wet grinding equipment, it is for grinding the raw material with liquidity.
(2). Second : When roasting the peanut , the oil contained in peanuts can come out fully, then it can get to the perfect state of peanut butter.
(3). Third: When soaking the raw peanut , it can increase moisture of the peanut , then it is helpful to get the best nut milk.
If you do not roast and soak the peanut , there is no big moisture and the oil can not come out greatly, it is not helpful for our wet grinding equipment- Colloid Mill to
grind peanut.
