RE: ADMISSION TO STUDY AT ZCAS UNIVERSITY

The Senate of the ZCAS University is pleased to inform you that your application for admission
into the Bachelor of Accounting programme, on Full-Time Learning, for the January/February
2024 intake has been successful. You are required to register with the University before the
semester commences. The next Semester commences on 12th February 2024.

This offer is conditional upon the following:


1. payment of prescribed tuition and other fees for the programme by 31st January, 2024;
2. your submission of original copies of your academic qualifications at the time of
registration in support of the qualifications initially indicated in your application form;
and
3. submission of a valid Zambian study permit during registration if you are a non-Zambian.

Duration of the programme: 4 years

Mode of payment for tuition and other fees

The tuition fees can be paid per semester as follows:


If full payment is made before the commencement of the course, a discount of 5% will be awarded.
However, if payment is done in installments, the following installment plan will apply:
Initial deposit: 50% of the fees plus an administration charge of ZMW500.00
2nd payment: 35% of the fees within two (02) months to be eligible to sit for exams.

3 payment: 15% of the fees to be paid to enable one to view Senate-approved results

*Note: Late registration will attract a fee of ZMW500.00.

No cash payments will be accepted; payments can be made by bank transfer or deposited into
the ZCAS University bank account at any Zambia National Commercial Bank Branch. The
