HOW TO
RESOLVE
ISSUES
Are you experiencing
issues in your
workplace?
At times, when you feel that something isn't right
about your workplace, it can often be uncomforting
to confront your peers with the issue.
It is important to have a conversation regarding the
issue when everyone is calm and not emotional. This
way everyone can agree on a solution in a calm and
reasonable state.
In the mean time, don't hesitate to look over your
entitlements. If you feel as though your employer
isn't fulfilling all their responsibilities, it's up to you to
discuss it with them to make sure that your rights
are being given to you.

have correct pay given to you and to be
treated fairly whilst being in the
workplace. Although your employer
may not be deliberately 'ripping' you
off, it is crucial that you educate
yourself on your rights and discuss the
issues.
