With reference to your interview, we are pleased to offer you the position of “ Sr Talent Scout” in our
organization.

Your joining date would be by 8th December 2021, as per the following terms and conditions,

1. You are entitled to a CTC of INR 4,34,400/- (INR In words) per annum. ( Fixed Salary of INR 36200/- ).
2. Additional Increase of INR 5000/- Monthly basis after 1st Quarter subject to your performance.
3. Your base location would be work from home.
4. You agree to submit us a signed copy of your Mark sheets, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, and Passport
size photograph.
5. This offer is valid subject to positive Background verification.
6. For any closures over and above the monthly target you will be paid INR 500/- per closures. (Target
according to the JD)
7. Additionally, if you continuously achieve your monthly target every quarter you will be paid INR 5,000/-
as Performance Bonus
