INSTRUCTIONS:
Only the bonafide Students of the Affiliated Colleges of Bengaluru City University are eligible to participate in the Inter Collegiate and
Inter University competitions, If any impersonation of players from any college are found guilty they will be debarred & penalized for 3
years with police action, Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only) fine & legal action will also be initiated.
Students those are enrolled for the 1st matches in Inter Collegiate competitions should continue the same players till the competition of
all the matches, other players will not be allow to participate in between the matches
PUC Students are not eligible to participate in Inter Collegiate & Inter University Competitions.
Age criteria for Inter Collegiate & Inter University Competition shall be as per AIU norms 2023-24.Up to 25 years of age of students
can participate in Inter Collegiate & Inter University Competitions; at the same time the players should have continuous education.
Physical Education Directors are requested to bring their players, those who are physically and medically fit to play in the Inter
Collegiate competitions and University Selection trials.
Physical Education Directors/Managers should accompany the college teams during Inter Collegiate Competitions without fail. If any
unexpected incidents happening without Physical Education Directors/Managers will be held responsible for concerned teams about the
incidents.
Fixtures will be drawn at DPE / hosting College on one day before /same day of at competition venue late entries will not be entertained
in the competitions, the concerned college Physical Education Teacher should send the entry in the prescribed format to the concerned
convener of the hosting college for each and every game.
Without Eligibility Porforma, the players are not allowed to participate in the Selection trials, the Eligibility Porforma should be duly
signed by the Principal of the College and Physical Education Director and entries should be typed on the Eligibility Porforma.
If the Teams are found to be guilty of any Malpractices and indiscipline the concerned Colleges will be held responsible. The teams will
be banned for three years in participation in Inter Collegiate Competitions, Selection trials & Inter University participation.
The Physical Education Directors are requested to send their Players for Selection trials of Bengaluru City University teams, and
coaching camps may also be conducted during the vacation, due to pre occupied schedule of All India Inter University Programs.
In case of less than 4 teams in the competition, the competition will be cancelled as per the rules of Inter Collegiate Competitions and
All India University Competitions, prescribed by the Directorate of Physical Education, Bengaluru City University.
The bonafide players of the concerned colleges produce their valid identity cards during the Inter collegiate competitions and University
Selection trials & fitness programs.
Pattern of organization of all the events in Inter Collegiate competitions-Knock out basis.
Evening Colleges students are eligible to participate in Inter Collegiate competitions and selection trials for AIU competitions, but those
who are affiliated to Bengaluru City University, Bengaluru and they should remit the sports development fee to the University as per
AIU.
Bengaluru City University teams will be sent to All India Inter University Competitions based on the standard performance of an
individual and the teams as per the AIU standard.
The College Physical Education Director & Principal should send their qualified players for the Bengaluru City University team
selections, the maximum number will be not to exceed to the total number of a particular team.
Organizers of various Inter Collegiate events shall be responsible for successful completion of the Inter Collegiate Competiton.
All the Tournaments / Games will be conducted as per AIU Norms.
Only the students enrolled in the university are eligible to participate in the events.
Participating team/ Players in inter Collegiate Competition venue on time if the teams ore players arrived late will not be entertained.
