Follow manufacturer recommendations for storage and application of water proofing system. All materials to be inspected
by consultant & SAPL prior to use at site by submitting MIR

(Inspection & Test Plan (ITP ) to be Provided)

Mixed design and trial mix for for foam concrete to be officially submitted and approved prior to use.
Ensuring NO loose items, dust & deleterious items are present prior
to application.
Contractor to perform water leak test on entire roof system, no other work penetration to follow thereafter. A separate MS for repair if
needed shall be submitted if defect repairs are required.

Trial mix for light weight concrete, Density test for polyurethane foam and Polystyrene are required.
