Ariba Network Configurations
1. Since customer would like to route few transactions via Business Suite Addon and few via
CIG Addon, two end points need to be created.
✓ One end point for CIG Addon
✓ One end point for Business Suite Addon
2. How Business Suite Addon works?
Whenever a document is created by Ariba Network supplier, the document would be sent to
Ariba Network’s buyer pending queue. Business Suite Addon has extract programs which will pull
the documents from pending queue
3. How CIG Addon works?
Whenever a document is created by Ariba Network supplier, the document would be sent to
Ariba Network’s buyer. Ariba Network buyer account will push the document to CIG and CIG will
have a mapping transformation from cXML to SAP schema and the document will be sent to
SAP.

Supplier created an Invoice. The document reached buyer and the document is sent to End Point Id
named BSAO_MIG. We can see the document in Pending Queue. When buyer executes the polling
program in backend SAP system, the document will be downloaded from Pending Queue and
business suite addon creates and Invoice in backend SAP system
