UAC can be changed through Windows Control Panel by accessing the user account
control settings. An example of how to change UAC for Windows 7 follows.
Windows Vista works in a similar way but you only have the option of switching UAC
on or off. For our purposes UAC should be switched off.
Insert CD and run the KASEMAKE install from the auto run menu.
When it has finished, run KaseMakeMigrate tool from the Start > All programs >
KASEMAKE 10 menu
17 Tick the files or locations you would like to copy across to KASEMAKE 10.0
and click NEXT.
19 Launch KASEMAKE, Go to Windows > Close All, then Help > Register
ActiveX
20 If you have any problems with registration errors on running in Windows 7,
please try the following: Close KASEMAKE, click the start button, and in the
‘search programs and files’ box type AXUNREG, and click the icon that
appears. Let the routine run, and then in the same box type AXREG and click
the icon. Now run KASEMAKE and all errors should have cleared.
