After self control and feedback from my colleagues, I encountered my self as one who has many things to give other
s but also have fear and low confidence to give to them, but as a person who can be changed I will increase time to
train my self on public expression and find courses on it! Which will burst my confidence too.

As many of us at job wish to be deployed and promoted to the new task as matching with skills and experience, but so
metimes we feel like we don't have a fairly process and nothing we can do on it, except let it go and focus on daily curr
ent task.

To manage myself I need to cut off time I used to spend on social medias and other activities that can drain
myself and spend it on learning new things, taking enough rest.
