Partnership and Start-Up

The document discusses a proposed partnership and startup project to establish an industrial complex for manufacturing ecological and innovative building materials in Africa. Key points include: 1) The complex would develop a new building system for constructing residential, commercial, and social housing using standardized building panels. 2) It would industrialize the construction process to reduce costs and time. 3) The complex would be located on a 31 hectare site with an 8 hectare quarry containing rock suitable for producing cement and other building materials. 4) The project aims to be the first to manufacture cellular concrete and fiber cement building elements in Africa.

 BCA CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM:

- the BCA building will support the development of our market through the
design of innovative construction systems suitable for residential, commercial and social housing constructions.
- We design new solutions or transform existing buildings into an optimized AAC building system. Panel sizes
are standardized to suit the product portfolio (floors, walls, roofs, lintels) optimal for our complex. The
implementation of a housing solution is equivalent to savings in time and money for construction.

 CONCLUSION AND APPRECIATION OF THE PARTNERSHIP :
- The present project relates globally to the realization of :
 Industrial complex for the manufacture of ecological and innovative materials (BCA and FC).
 The industrialization of construction.
 Exploitation of quarries of limestone rock aggregates, dimension stones for construction and industry.
 Reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete agglomerate production units.
 Adhesive mortar production unit.
 Acquisition of a truck fleet: handling equipment as well as three logistics centers to cover the entire market.
These three power stations will be supplied by rail.
 Launch of a production subsidiary.
 100% deliverables with our products.
- Our study is based on concrete and objective data, provides an undeniable profitability of
the project, which will therefore have several impacts on the social and economic environment.
• Respond to an increasingly pressing demand for building materials.
notably : • Relaunch micro-enterprises specializing in the field of TPBs previously launched by ENSEJ.
• Participate in the economic development of our country, by the contribution of the project for public finances.
• Development of the population through the creation of 581 additional permanent jobs.
As a pledge of good faith, our company BCA building is committed to ensuring that all our extension operations will go throug h the
establishment of our partner and also to choose it as a privileged partner for our extension operations in the national market as well as in
various future projects, in order to guarantee the symbiotic nature of the relationships forged between our two respective organizations,
Considering all these positive elements, we remain confident for the realization of this partnership and we
