Godrej Locks is a part of Indian folklore for securing valuables of millions of Indians since its inception. Today, Godrej is a total locking solutions provider and offers locks at various security levels to ensure optimum safety. From Level 1 basic security, to dimple key technology at level 2, EXS locks for that extra security at Level 3, while Level 4 Godrej EVVA is a revolution in mechanical locks, at Level 5 are locks with electronic technology with over a trillion key combinations for high level security.
Godrej security level 1 locks comes with conventional mechanical locking system with basic security system having lever, wafer, tumbler and single row pin cylinder technologies. Each key is unique with arrange from 200 to 1000 key combinations.

Keys: 3KS keys are designed as reversible keys. A smooth insertion of the key into the cylinder is made possible thanks to the two rounded key tips. They also guarantee the best possible key copying protection. Master Key System: Each lock has different combinations. The individual key only opens the lock for which it is designed. The Master Key opens all locks. Identical Key System/Common Key Arrangement: An indefinite number of Keys and Cylinders can be supplied to order, with identical (alike) key combinations, ordered to match the existing original key. Grand Master Key System: It is a level above the Master Key. A Grand Master Key opens a fixed number of Master Keyed Locks. Great Grand Master Key System: It is a level above the Grand Master Key. Combining the 3KS locking system with an electronic locking system: Very often mechanical locking systems are used in combination with electronic access controls. This means that all different types of door can be equipped with suitable security technology, according to their specific level of protection. Mechanical emergency lock for electronic locking systems: Due to the robustness and stability of mechanical locking systems, they are often required for use in emergency service buildings (e.g. fire brigade) as mechanical emergency locks (overlocks) for electronic systems.
Combi Key: 2 in 1
Combination of mechanical and electronic locking systems: In practice, mechanical master key systems are often used in combination with electronic access controls for both cost-related and security reasons. This enables, for example, the property entrance to be kept under electronic surveillance whilst the doors in the inner area are organised and secured with a mechanical master key system. Integration of electronic identification technologies: Mechanical keys can be designed as Combi Keys. These can be used as a carrier for nontouch (MIFARE, LEGIC) or touch-sensitive (iButton) identification technologies. The mechanical key is thereby transformed into an electronic ID and replaces additional IDs e.g. cards. Not only is the administration of IDs and keys much simpler, it is also a great deal easier for the key/ID users to have just one ID. The mechanical key can only be removed from the electronic ID by being destroyed.
Design versions:
The Combi Key can be supplied with the EVVA mechanical system MCS, 3KS/3KSplus, EPS, DUAL, DPE & DPI. The identification technologies MIFARE 1k, LEGIC 1k, iButton ROM, and iButton R/W can be integrated. The Combi Key can also be produced as a standard model, replacement model and as a key fob.
