Examination Appointment Guide

This document is intended to guide candidates to schedule Huawei certification exams Vue TC and online by using exam

vouchers issued to their accounts on the Talent platform. The process of scheduling an exam is as follows:

1、Log in to the Talent Log in to the Talent.

2、Schedule exams Vue/online Schedule an exam Vue/online by referring to this operation guide.

3、Check My Appointment Check My Appointment and confirm that the appointment is successful.

1、Log in to the Talent

1. Talent log in link

Enter the Uniportal account and password, and click Log in.

2. Create a new account

a) Visit

in the following figure.

【Note】

 Please use your email address to register.

 When creating an account, use your real name and keep it consistent with the certificate name.

b) The account is activated. After the information is submitted, the activation link will be automatically sent to the email

address reserved for registration.

2、 Schedule exams VUE/online

Log in to the Talent system and choose User Center > My Voucher to check the exam vouchers/coupons available under your

account.

【Note】

 Only exam vouchers/coupons in the Unused status and still valid can be scheduled for exams.

Voucher Types Introduction:

a) Exam vouchers with secret codes: Exam vouchers are bound to Huawei talent online website accounts. The user account,

exam subject, and country of use are fixed and cannot be transferred. For example:

※: Discount coupons with secret codes are issued only to ICT Academy students.

b) Digital exam vouchers: Exam vouchers are bound to Huawei talent online website accounts. They are used in fixed countries

and can be transferred online. For example:

c) Exam vouchers with clear codes: Exam vouchers that are not bound to Huawei talent online website accounts are used in

fixed countries and can be transferred offline. For example: HCDXXXXXXXXX and HWXXXXXXXX.

2.1 Schedule an Exam on VUE Test Center.

Choose Certification > Procedure > Schedule an Exam to select Pearson VUE exam

a) Enter and select an exam. The system will automatically associate the exam code, select an exam language and select an

available coupon, and click Submit.

【Note】

 If you have an exam voucher number, please go to the VUE platform to pay the exam fee.

 Select the exam voucher and click Submit. The VUE website will be automatically displayed. If you have not completed the exam reservation in

VUE website, the status of the exam voucher will be displayed as Occupied and can be used again 24 hours later.

To complete the exam appointment, go to User Center > My Exam, find the reservation card with "Vouchers" in the upper right corner, and click

Continue.

b) Find a test center and select date and time.

c) Confirm payment of exam fees.

【Note】

 If you do not have exam vouchers under your account, but you have an exam voucher number or want to pay online, please enter the exam

voucher number or select an online payment method (select one of the payment methods).

2.2 Schedule an exam（online）on the Huawei Platform.（Applicable only to the scenario where VUE test centers are closed due

to Special Scenarios (COVID-19 Etc.)）

a) Enter the link to the online (SHIXIZHI platform) exam.

b) Enter exam authorization code (Please obtain the information from your Huawei exam contact person or Huawei regional

training manager.), click Search, and select the exam language and time.

c) Pay for the written examination.

Method 1: If you have an exam coupon, click Use Discount, select the exam coupon, and click Next.

Method 2: If you have an exam voucher number, click Coupon Code, enter the exam voucher number, and click Next. If an

error is reported, please check whether the test voucher number is entered correctly. Otherwise, contact your voucher

issuer/agency to obtain a valid voucher number.

d) Check the exam information and click Submit.

2.3 Schedule the HCIE lab exam.

a) Choose Certification > Procedure > Schedule an Exam to select HCIE lab and interview exams.

b) Choose the exam subject, test center, exam date and exam time, select Agree to the privacy statement, and click Submit.

c) Payment of exam fees and complete scheduling an exam.

Method 1: If you have an exam coupon, click Use Discount, select the exam coupon, and click Next.

Method 2: If you have an exam voucher number, click Coupon Code, enter the exam voucher number, and click Next. If an

error is reported, please check whether the test voucher number is entered correctly. Otherwise, contact your voucher

issuer/agency to obtain a valid voucher number.

3、Check My Appointment

1. Check My Appointment

Click User Center>My Appointment to confirm that the exam was scheduled successfully.
