EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Bites&Sips is a food business located at Candon National High School

produced by Senior High School students of Grade 12 Stem 3. Bites&Sips is a

snack and drink made with pancake balls and choco flavor drink. The purpose

of this product is to serve an affordable but great food and a quick

serving experience.

The business aims to fulfill the demands and desires of the customers who

will purchase our product. The entrepreneurs hope to draw in and capture the

interest of a loyal customer with a distinctive taste that they will undoubtedly enjoy.

The business comes up with the product “Bites&Sips,” which gives customers a

Pancake and Iced Choco that will satisfy their hunger. Bites&Sips gives authenticity

and uniqueness to the consumer’s preferences, as indicated by the tagline "Savor

the Flavor, Sip the Perfection," which refers to the delectable pancake balls. The

pricing strategy of the business is a retail price of 20pesos for 5pcs of pancake

balls,

20 pesos for iced choco drink and for 40pesos you can get both pancake balls and

The name of the company is “BITES AND SIPS”, our choice of name

signifies the harmonious pairing of delectable bites and refreshing sips. In today's

food world where people love quality flavors and drinks, these words capture

what our company is all about and the enjoyable experience we want to share

with everyone.

BITES AND SIPS is a food business founded in 2023 and was proposed by Grade

12 students of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics as a requirement for

their subject Entrepreneurship. Pancake Balls, paired harmoniously with a flavorful Choco

flavor drink. Our business is dedicated to addressing the affordability concerns of students

while delivering a taste experience that makes you exclaim, 'Wow!' in sheer delight.

Pancake Balls, a creative take on a classic favorite, provide a convenient and delicious

solution for those craving a satisfying snack. The Choco flavor drink complements the

experience, offering a perfect sip to accompany every delectable bite. Due to our passion

and desire for innovation, we decided to start a business that would cater to our skills and

abilities and allow us to apply what we learned about Entrepreneurship.

particularly beside the pathway near the FEA and at the back of the

DepEd Building 3. The school is located in Bagani Campo, Candon City,

Ilocos Sur. We decided to put our business in this location since many

students walk along the pathway to have their recess and lunch which is

technically a perfect location for our business since they can purchase our

product as their recess and lunch, instead of going outside the campus.

accessible and satisfactory for all consumers. Additionally, it can be enjoyed as a snack,

making it suitable for any time and for everyone.

You can get a snack for as low as twenty-five pesos. We use different ingredients

that set it apart from other delicacies on the market, like cheese and lot of toppings to

make every bite delicious.

D. Production Process and Controls that will be used to Manufacture the Product

Below is the procedure to create a Pancake Balls:

 First, prepare the ingredients; pancake mix, egg, food coloring, and cheese.

 Second, mix the pancake mix and the egg on a bowl and then put the food

coloring.

 Third, turn on the stove then put a little bit of oil at the pan. Put half of the

mixture on the pan.

 Fourth, wait until the half part of pancake balls is cooked and then put a cube of

cheese on each. After that, rotate it and fill the other side of it with the mixture to

make it a shape of the ball.

 Fifth, fry and rotate it to make sure it is well cooked.

 Lastly, when cooked, put it in a desired container and prepare to serve.

E. Distribution Logistics

Our business has its own stall in the Candon National High School parking lot,

next to the FEA Building, where you can visit and place your orders. We also use social

media

for reservation. Customers will be able to pick it up or have it delivered based on their

preferences.

Pancake balls and Choco drink business will be registered as a partnership

enterprise with Security and Exchange Commission (SEC). The BIR registration will also

be done after the procurement of licenses and clearances from necessary government

offices. A registration with government offices is also needed because we're employing

assured. Even though the product is homemade with a novel innovation approach, it still

has a tenable authentic flavor. This is naturally designed to suit societal health norms as it

are mostly students, the Twenty-Five pesos (P25) for Pancake balls with 5pcs and

Twenty pesos (P20) for choco drink is an affordable price for a healthy, high-quality

authentic and delicious ready to eat food for their recess and lunch. The company's

finances are well planned and the operations are closely monitored. The company also
