CHILDREN POLICY & FAMILY PLANS
Children up to 6 year old sharing parents’ room are free room and meals with a maximum of
two children. Children between 7 & 12 years of age sharing parents’ room will be charged
50% for meals with free accommodation. Children are 12 years of age and above shall be
considered adults.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
The standard check- in time is after 17:00 hrs and the standard check-out time is before 12:00
hrs. Early check-in should be booked from the previous night. Late check-outs should be
booked including the following night and subject to availability.
DAY USE /LATE CHECK-OUT
Requests for any late check-outs confirmed by the hotel; the hotel shall charge 50% of the
contracted room rate for any check-out from 12.00noon until 18.00 hrs, and the full contracted
room rate for any check-out at or after 18:00 hrs (local time).
CANCELLATION POLICY
Rooms need to be guaranteed with payment 30 days in advance, Non-cancellable and Non-
refundable.
NO SHOW POLICY
In the event of no show on the date of arrival total stay will be charged.
