Ipo-chlor 12 liquid is a sodium hypochlorite disinfectant for potable water storage tanks and lines. To disinfect water, 2 mg of Ipo-chlor 12 should be added per liter of water to achieve 2 ppm chlorine residual. Proper chlorine levels between 0.5-2 ppm must be maintained to guarantee antibacterial protection. Safety precautions should be followed such as using gloves and eye protection when handling the alkaline product.
