Greetings!
Our school, President Manuel A. Roxas Memorial School – North will be celebration its
foundation day. As part of our festivities, we will be conducting a Funrun for the pupils, parents,
faculty, and staff of our school on February 25,2023 at around 6AM. To ensure the safety and security
of all the participants, we would like to request your assistance in providing police presence and
security coverage during the event.
We are anticipating a large number of participants, and we want to ensure that the Funrun
proceeds smoothly and without any incidents. We are confident with your presence; we can achieve
this goal and provide a fun and safe experience for everyone involved.
We would be very grateful if you could provide us with two or three uniformed police
officers to assist us in managing the crowd, ensuring the safety of the runners, and regulating the
traffic during the event. We will provide all necessary information and documentation, as well as any
other support that your team may require.
Thank you for your attention to our request, and we hope that you can provide us with the
necessary assistance. Should your have any concerns or questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
