This letter supersedes the previously issued FAA letter 731-23-00150, dated June 14, 2023.

Your data confirms that this aircraft configuration listed in the table below meets the
requirements to be a ‘radio altimeter tolerant’ aircraft as defined in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) and
(g)(1)(ii) of AD 2023-10-02.
