If you were handed a magic wand, and all you had to do was you wave it and ask for
anything you wanted in life ...what would you wish for?

Would it be a million dollars in the bank?


Or finding the love of your life?
Or better health?

Would it be something really personal that you've never admitted to anyone before?
Whatever it is that you'd wish for, my question to you is ...

Why do you really want it?

You don't actually have to tell me, because while what I'm about to say might be hard
to believe ... I actually already know the answer.

You want whatever you want ... so that you can just ... feel ... good.

That really fancy car you've been waiting for -- flooring it full speed on the open road
with the top down will just feel good. Flaunting it in front of your jealous friends (yes,
it's okay to admit that) will just feel good. The convenience it offers you for easily getting
wherever you need to go will just feel good.

Now obviously, this goes a little deeper than that. After all, that car is actually also
useful for your survival. You need your car to get to your job. Or the supermarket. Or the
bank. Or wherever.

But let's be honest here. You could have ANY car for that. The car that YOU want .. .is
because it will really feel good to have it.

Same goes for meeting the love of your life. Or the million dollars in the bank (when
we both know you can survive on much less).
Or anything else.

And once you realize this and you embrace this reality - once you accept that this
really is all about just feeling good -- everything changes. And everything starts getting
.
easier.

Because when you truly understand why you want the things that you want, you're
automatically in a much better position to get more of it and get it more easily as well.
That's just how it works.

But here's the real kicker. The thing they never tell you.

The secret that could save you so much time, and spare you so much pain, frustration,
fear and doubt.

The one truth that changes everything ...

That magic wand for getting what you want actually exists.
And that magic wand is .. .just feeling good.

I know that sounds a bit too simple (and crazy) to actually be true, but stick with me
here. This will all make sense by the time you're finished with this book.

Not only am I going to explain with crystal clarity how this specific type of magic
wand actually works, but more importantly, I'm going to show you how to use this magic
wand for your own personal benefit.

Imagine everything in your life actually getting better.

Picture things that you had previously given up on entirely .. .improving in ways you
never could have predicted ... and never would have expected. Envision the impossible
somehow, someway ... becoming possible.

This is what happens when you just feel good.


And the reason for this is simple.

By intentionally feeling positive emotions - even for only a few minutes a day -
you end up setting into motion energies and events that somehow find a way to create
amazing results in your life.

It will literally feel like magic.

If this sounds a bit too far-fetched to believe, don't worry. I'm going to explain how
this happens. It will all make perfect sense.

And once it does, you'll have everything you need to take the very simple and easy
steps I'll be showing you - and make "feeling good" a regular and consistent part of your
life. Which, in turn, will make magic a regular consistent part of your life.

That job promotion -- that previously felt out of reach -- is all of a sudden on the table
for you. That dating app -- that was getting no matches whatsoever -- starts filling up your
inbox. Ideas for making money that never would have occurred to you suddenly find their
way into your awareness. More importantly, not only do these ideas feel possible, but they
feel exciting as well.

Ruined relationships become mendable


Nagging health issues vanish.
Solutions that previously were nowhere to be found are suddenly within reach.

It's amazing, really.

The only problem is .. .it all sounds way too good to be true.

And because of that -- because on the surface this just doesn't seem real -- until you
understand how all of this actually works, there's always going to be a nagging level of
doubt in what you've just heard.

I mean, really ...just feel good? That's all you need to do?

Even if you do have an open mind about all of this, it's perfectly normal to still wonder
how it could actually be possible.

Unfortunately, if you're wondering about it too much, you might not be confident or
enthusiastic enough to take the very simple and easy steps I plan to lay out for you later in
this book.

That's why before I give you any of those steps, all of this still needs to be explained for
you in a way that clicks.

It first needs to make sense and at least feel within reach. Only then will you be able to
move forward and use what you're about to learn to your advantage.

So just to get your mind at ease about whether it really is as simple as "just feeling
good," I'm first going to explain how to guarantee that this actually works.

And that very simple explanation is waiting for you in the very next chapter.

CHAPTER 2: GUARANTEEING
THIS WILL WORK
By now, you're no doubt wondering HOW simply "feeling good" is actually going to
lead to the money you want, the romance you've been searching for, the success you've
always dreamt of, or anything else you think you need in order to just enjoy your life and
finally be happy.

You want to know the exact steps. The precise mechanics. The entire roadmap and
blueprint, so that nothing is missed on your guaranteed path to everything you've ever
wanted.

But there's actually a much more effective way of looking at this. Allow me to explain
by walking you through a quick easy mental exercise ...

Take a second right now, and think of the simple concept of lifting weights in order
get more muscles.

Describing it like that is obviously an oversimplification. But you understand what I


mean. You lift weights, you get more muscles, right?

Well, what I want to do is offer you two possible explanations as to how this really
happens -- how lifting weights actually leads to bigger stronger muscles.

And then I want you to tell me which of the two possibilities you think is actually
right.

Explanation 1: You lift weights, you go home, you go to bed. And while you're
sleeping at night, the Muscle Fairy comes along, waves a magic wand, and POOF - the next
morning, you wake up with bigger muscles.

Or.. .

Explanation 2: When you're working out and lifting all those heavy weights, you end
up putting so much strain on your body, that your muscles actually tear a little, which is
why you're usually sore for a few days afterwards.

And in those few days following your workout -- just as your body might mend a
scrape on your knee or a scratch on your elbow -- its healing mechanism also kicks in to
repair the muscles you ripped, and it generates brand new muscle fibers to fill the gaps in
your muscles that you made when you were lifting those weights.

Now, I'm no doctor, so I realize that second explanation above might not have been
worded as well as someone with medical training might have said it. But you understand
what I mean.

And if I were to ask you which of those two possible explanations was actually the
right one ... and you HAD to choose one of them - then I'm guessing that the second (more
practical) explanation is the one that you'd say was right.

But the ACTUAL correct answer is ... it doesn't matter which explanation is right! What
DOES matter is that if you lift weights, you get more muscles. If you plug in x, you get back
y.
If you add 2 plus 2, you end up with 4.

And by that same token - as exact, precise, and infallible as any other mathematical or
scientific equation ...

When you consistently take even just a few minutes out each day .. .to intentionally
experience positive emotions ... and just feel good ...

Well, then ...one way or another ...as long as you're not stifling your momentum with any
worry or stress or doubt ...

And as long as you're not placing any kind of "requirement" over how or when you
actually get what you want ...

Then somehow .. .someway .. .you will inevitably find yourself on the receiving end of
SOME kind ofgood fortune or circumstance.

It might be something really subtle.


Or it might be really obvious or dramatic.
Or might be a combination of those things.

But whatever it is - whatever you end up getting -- as long as you just allow yourself
the opportunity to go through this daily process of feeling good for a few minutes every
day ...then rest assured, good things will happen to you. Wonderful events will unfold in
your favor.

In other words, it doesn't matter whether it's some magic fairy who knows whenever
you work out ... or whether it's simply a practical known fact of how the human body
functions.

ALL that matters .. .is that you can GUARANTEE your results .. .by simply just doing
it!

In fact, there's only one caveat to all of this, which I already mentioned a few
sentences ago. But just to be clear and say it one more time -- this is only going to work
if you can manage to just feel good WITHOUT worrying or doubting or wondering about
how things will happen or when things will come.

Because worrying about the "when" or "how" of things ...well, that doesn't feel too
good, now does it? The frustration of wondering if this is all really going to work out - that
doesn't feel good either. The impatience of needing something to work instantly and in a
certain way (when you could have just as easily chosen to sit back, trust the process, and
let good things come) - that feeling of "need" -- it just doesn't feel good.

That's why it's so critical for you to make sure you're not trying to force anything.
This is why you don't want to rush your results. It's why you don't want to let fear or
uncertainty or doubt creep in. After all, going to the gym and only pretending to lift

weights - that won't get you anywhere. If you really want more muscle, then you really
have to lift weights. And if you really want good things to happen in your life, then you
really have to just feel good.

So just make sure you're only feeling good, and not worrying about how well it's going
to work for you. Because technically speaking, you can't feel good and bad at the same
time. It's either one or the other.

And if you're trying to force this or trying to rush this or trying to control how things
play out for you, that means you're in a state of feeling fear, uncertainty, doubt, or some
other negative emotion -- even if you don't consciously realize it. Which means ...you're
not actually feeling good.

So stop worrying or wondering. And start trusting and anticipating instead. Rest
in the certainty that by feeling good, you're automatically already doing everything you
need in order to pave the way for the things that you want to come into your life.

Embrace the idea that somehow and someway, things will take care of themselves
-- and all you have to do in order to guarantee that they're taken care of -- is not worry
about it, and instead -- make sure you're actually experiencing ease, joy, relief, or any other
positive emotion for a few minutes each day.

Sounds simple enough, right? Well, that's because it is.

Unfortunately, though, most of the time humans don't do ''simple" very well. Telling
most people to just "have faith" usually just isn't enough. We still need to know HOW it
will work. It's just the way we are. It's just human nature.

So in order for you to truly trust and commit to this process of just feeling good for a
few minutes every day, you still need to know two important things ...

First, you need to know how to feel good. And I'm going to make sure we cover that for
you before the end of this book.

But second, and more urgently -- in order for this to work ... and in order for you to
truly trust this enough to give it an honest try -- you need to know how feeling good will

actually result in you getting what you want. And that is exactly what we'll be covering in
the very next chapter.

CHAPTER 3: WHAT ACTUALLY


HAPPENS WHEN YOU JUST
FEEL GOOD (AND HOW IT
GETS YOU WHAT YOU WANT)
You now know that everything you've always been taught about achieving happiness
is actually backwards. That the idea of needing to get what you want BEFORE feeling good
.. .is a lie.
And that the TRUE secret to all of this ... is that by feeling good FIRST, only then do you
actually end up receiving what you want.

You now also realize that when you finally decide to start feeling good, a lot of the
positive changes you end up making as a result can be absolutely massive. The world
really is your oyster. More than you've ever known.

Finally, and most importantly, you now know that this WILL work if you simply just
do it. You lift weights, you get muscles. You add 2 plus 2, you end up with 4. It really is that
simple.

But we both also know that in order for you to really get behind this and actually give
it an honest try, you still need to know HOW it all works.

Because if you don't understand it, you won't do it. With that in mind, what exactly
are the mechanics behind all of this?

Well, that's actually a bit of a loaded question.

Because the way all of this works is really a lot more dynamic than you might have
ever guessed. In truth, there are a multitude of possibilities to how our reality operates --
some of which are obvious, and others that most people never even think to consider.

For example .. .

MAYBE the answer is simply that by just feeling good each day, you're actually
programming your subconscious mind to create your success for you.

After all, even with all the advances that have been made in our technology, the
subconscious part of your brain is STILL the most powerful supercomputer known to the
world. It makes calculations that your conscious mind alone could never even begin to
process.

Any problem you could ever consciously think of, regardless of complexity, will
always be nothing more than child's play to your subconscious mind. It is responsible
for way more than you might realize -- carrying influence over your heartbeat, your
breathing rhythms, your personality, your identity, and pretty much everything else
relevant to how you experience and live your life.

It is therefore not a far leap at all to consider your subconscious mind's role in
bringing you what you want most in your life, especially when you're feeding it the right
positive input.

So how might this play out in a real-world scenario?

Well, let's take the example of getting a promotion at work, and think of it in this
way...

By continually nourishing your subconscious mind with a stream of positive


thoughts, emotions, and images (of either success at work OR any other positive
circumstances), you're essentially providing this massively powerful section of your mind
with a set of instructions for building a reality to match it.

You're essentially feeding it a blueprint for your life that it has NO CHOICE but
to respond to by calculating any steps needed to tie this vision to your actual physical
.
experience.

In other words, you're making your subconscious mind do whatever it needs to do


in order to create a better life for you.

There's no getting around this - your subconscious HAS TO reconcile the


discrepancies between your current "less desirable" present-day life ... and the "new"
improved one that you're "showing" it through your positive thoughts and feelings.
That's just how this part of your mind works.

And since it carries way more influence over your conscious mind than you realize -
including a measure of control over your actions and behaviors -- this might be as simple
as a scenario in which you begin carrying yourself better without even knowing why or
how you're doing it.

It's as if you're on autopilot. Since your subconscious mind actually KNOWS how you
need to walk, how you need to talk, what kind of eye contact you need make, what kind
of vocal inflection you need to have, and a host of other subtle qualities in the way you
naturally communicate - you're going to suddenly find yourself behaving in a way that
instantly connects with everyone in your office.

Your bosses will trust and respect you more, but they'll have no idea why. Brilliant
ideas for helping the company will pop into your head out of nowhere, and everyone will
love you for it.

You won't just sound more capable and confident. You'll BE more capable and
confident. All because your subconscious mind made the necessary calculations for how
you needed to behave in order to make the right impressions on the right people at work --
and then took the wheel without you even knowing it did, helping you act and react in the
exact way that you needed to.

And before long, you'll just show up to work one day with a corner office and higher
salary waiting there for you. And yes, your subconscious mind IS that powerful. It really
DOES have that level of calculation and processing capability.

It could just as easily help you meet the love of your life as well.
For example. after taking a few weeks to feel good about finding someone special (and
therefore programming your subconscious mind to help make it happen), you may wake
up one day and suddenly just find yourself naturally (and effortlessly) acting in new ways
that are somehow more "attractive" to others.

This doesn't need to be strange behavior, by the way - it can just as easily be perfectly
normal on the surface, while at the same time sub-communicating signals (eye contact,
tone of voice, choice of words, etc.) that others instantly notice without knowing why.

And just to ensure you don't miss out on any opportunities, your subconscious mind
can even let you borrow its enhanced observational abilities by giving you a gut feeling
whenever it notices someone is interested in you.

Or you can just as easily have an idea pop into your mind "out of nowhere" of a really
smart way to meet the kind of person you'd be interested in. Maybe, for example, you
suddenly realize that the love of your life might enjoy yoga. So you find a local studio and
end up meeting someone there.

Or maybe you're inspired to rewrite your dating app profile out of the blue, and the
new write-up starts getting you tons of matches.

These kinds of things happen all the time, but we dismiss them without a second
thought because we don't realize how much is really going on beneath the surface to help
us.

Imagine, for example, how many more money-making opportunities you might
notice (or think of) when you're in tune with this amazing supercomputer living inside
of you. Consider how many other parts of your life can (and will) benefit if only you just
feel good first. If you knew what your subconscious mind truly was capable of, you'd be
absolutely shocked.

Then again ... maybe your subconscious ISN'T the reason for the wonderful life you'll
end up having when you just feel good.

Maybe something else is behind it instead.

MAYBE ... You're energetically attracting it .

After all, quantum physics teaches us that everything is energy - including you, me,
the paper or device you're reading this on -- even the thoughts that you're thinking. And
according to this very same school of thought, every single atom of energy vibrates at its
own unique frequency.

This means no matter how "solid" something might appear to our physical senses, it's
actually just bits of energy modulating at their own individual harmonic signatures.

And since the entire structure of the Universe is literally tied together through
the intermingling of all these energies (all of which are bound together in such a way
that each of the different vibrating frequencies bond in resonance with other similar
frequencies) -- we're basically living in a reality in which one kind of energy naturally and
automatically finds itself drawn to any other energy with a similar vibration. Which is
another way of simply saying that "like" attracts "like."

And since thoughts, like everything else, are vibrating at their own unique frequency
...AND since they therefore attract themselves to oth er like frequencies ...this means that
by choosing to think certain thoughts (and feel certain emotions), you can in tentionally
invite and magnetize certain corresponding results that are the closest overall match to
them.

A simple way of understanding all of this .. .is that by feeling good about anything
at all, you're automatically sending positivity out into the ether -- telling the Universe
(or whoever or whatever is listening) that you're happy with your life and good things
happen to you.

And then the Universe responds by mirroring that message back to you through the
positive events and experiences you encounter in your physical reality.

In other words, think good thoughts and feel positive feelings ... and you end up
attracting and experiencing good things.

This can t ake the form of answers or solutions seeming to arrive out of thin air -- in
the shape of ideas that inspire you to take a set of certain actions -- that then results in the
things, answers, and solu tions that you want.

Which means one way or another, opportu nities favor you at every turn. Leaving
only one question: is this h ow it really works?

Well, let's look a little closer. If energetic attraction is indeed the key to all of this --
then sticking with the earlier example of a job promotion, one possible way this might
play out is that after feeling good for a month or so (or even less time, since there are no
limits to how long this needs to take) ...perhaps "out of nowhere" all of your competition
for the job you want suddenly vanishes in some way.

Maybe a few of them transfer to other departments. Maybe some retire, or find better
jobs at other companies and quit. Or they move on in some other way.

However it actually happens - one by one, out of the blue ... and in a way you never
could have possibly orchestrated on your own - most of the people who were competing
with you for that promotion ... simply just leave, clearing a much faster path for you to get
the job yourself.

And since things happening for you out of t hin air is only PART of how this works -
while all of these people are leaving - perhaps you'd also be getting amazing ideas you'd
never thought of before on work you can do to impress your bosses and make yourself the
clear choice for the position. Almost as if you getting this job was inevitable for you from
the very beginning.

But your career isn't the only part of your life where this might serve you. It can also
help if you're looking to fall in love or meet the man or woman of your dreams.

For example, think of all of those chance encounters you've had in your life already -
ones where you wanted to get that person's number or ask them out, but never did, letting
the moment just pass you by instead.

Those "chances" were simply the Universe continuing to rearrange itself in order
to give you the option of having this kind of love in your life. You simply weren't
vibrationally ready yet to complete the process and actually be with that person.

But if you're in a consistent routine of feeling good every day, these types of
opportunities -- despite how rare or unlikely they might seem -- can continue corning your
way on a regular basis until you're finally ready to take action. Only this time, it won't be
that long before you do because you'll actually feel inspired and have the confidence and
enthusiasm to act in the moment and introduce yourself and ask for their number, paving
the way for the relationship you've always wanted.

Or maybe things will be taken care of for you, and that person will come up to you
and introduce themselves and ask you out without you even needing to do anything.
Or perhaps you might somehow meet the brother or sister of that person in a random
encounter on the street, and you become great friends with them, and then they introduce
you to the love of your life.

The possibilities are endless. And not just for love, but for money or anything else as
well.

Finding a book that gives you the idea you were looking for ... or meeting someone
who teaches you how to succeed in the stock market ... or having an old friend contact you
with a winning business opportunity --- any or all of these things can easily happen when
you least expect it. All because you reached out with your positive thoughts and feelings,
and pulled it straight into your life from the Universe.

Then again ... maybe quantum physics isn't the answer to how all this is happening
either.

Maybe the mechanics ofthis are less complicated.

MAYBE ... it's as simple as having a positive mindset - one fueled by a daily habit of
feeling good emotions -- which then positively influences you ... naturally leading to more
favorable behavior ...and automatically resulting in more positive outcomes.

Think about it. A healthier outlook means you're going to be more alert to
opportunities. It means you're going to think better on your feet. You'll be calmer when
things are challenging ... make wiser decisions ... have more resilience ... enjoy more
confidence. You'll take more action. You'll be the person everyone else knows they can
count on. And you'll know you can count on yourself as well.

There's a certain type of person that others just trust more. A type that others get
behind. Someone who others will always want to support. And having the right mindset -
which leads to the right kind of behavior - is the thing that inspires this type of loyalty and
devotion, paving the way for all sorts of good things to happen in your life. There's a magic
to believing in yourself that you'll never quite understand or appreciate until you actually
FINALLY do it.

Using the job promotion example one more time, the way this might work is that
having a more optimistic and resilient outlook provides you with the poise, clarity,
confidence AND competence needed to make a bigger impact. This naturally leads to
better ideas, better execution of those ideas, and better results, making you the obvious
choice when your bosses have to pick someone in the office to advance.

But this mindset can also bring you any love or romance you might be looking for --
by making you the type of person who starts conversations with strangers, the type who
makes friends more easily (who'll then introduce you to their single friends), and the type
who not only has the confidence to ask someone out, but the charisma to get them to say
yes as well.

You can also make your way more easily to money through this mindset - finding
your way into encounters, conversations, and opportunities for financial wins that you
otherwise would never have had access to.

It sounds almost too simple. But you also probably already know someone in your life
where fortune always seems to fall into their lap somehow, and it doesn't even seem like
they're trying hard to get it. Perhaps this is how it's actually happening for them.

Then again, maybe we're looking at this all wrong.

Maybe it isn't just one thing that's behind the amazing life you'll have when you just feel
good.

MAYBE ... instead of it ONLY being your subconscious mind ...or ONLY a vibrational
Universe ...or ONLY a winning mindset.. .

Maybe it's EVERYTHING -- all together, all at once -- PLUS a few things I didn't even
talk about - all working in concert with one another - all in one big massively integrated
intelligence, which is taking care of you in immeasurable ways in response to all the good
f eelings you've intentionally put yourself through.

Perhaps it's both universal intelligence AND individual intelligence, both the
conscious AND the subconscious, both visible AND the invisible. All aspects cooperating
with one another to give you the results, circumstances, experiences, situations, and
people that bring you joy and make your life good.

The thin g is -- you don't need to kn ow for sure. Because again, in the end, all that
really matters is that it w orks! And ultimately, all of these different separate things are
actually parts of ONE big inexplicable thing.

And the fact that it can't be entirely explained in every last detail is actually good
news. Trust me when I tell you that we want a little mystery and uncertainty to how this
all works. It doesn't m atter whether or n ot there's a muscle fairy, remember?

Because when something is way too complex for you to understand completely, it
automatically leaves room for all the seemingly "miraculous" things that we can never
calculate on our own .. .to actually happen.

So not knowing what might possibly have to come into play in order for you to get
that million dollars - that's a good thing. Not knowing how exactly you're going to meet
the love of your life - that's a good thing.

Not knowing how anything that seems too "out of reach" can actually happen - that's
a good thing. Because not knowing the exact ''how" also means you don't have to worry or

strategize or map it out on your own. And you can instead just rest in the knowledge that
it will somehow be handled for you by all the different things I described earlier in this
chapter.

You'll have a hand in a lot of this as well, of course. You'll take physical action. You'll
make specific choices. You'll decide what's right for you to do, and then do it.

But you'll also have help. And plenty of it. And the last thing you want to do is stifle
that assistance by demanding to know exactly how or when it will be there for you.

That's why you never have to know the exact mechanics of how your dream life will
unfold. You just have to do your part and make sure you're feeling good every day. And as
long as can accept that, then your path toward everything you want will have way fewer
(and much smaller) hurdles to get past.

But if you're still having doubts or you're unsure of any of this or you need more of an
explanation, then it's time to consider the possibility that you're getting in your own way
here - and that you're doing so in a way that you don't even see.

Is there an invisible block there? Yes, there is.

CHAPTER 4: THE FINAL


ROADBLOCK TO JUST
FEELING GOOD (AND HOW
TO EASILY GET PAST IT)
Now that you know this works ... and now that you know HOW it works, there's just
one question left:

Can you actually pull this off? Can you bring what you want into your life simply by
just feeling good?

This is important to ask yourself because there's one last potential roadblock that
could prevent you from succeeding if you let it - one final thing that can keep you from
just feeling good and having the life you've always wanted.

And that last roadblock is hiding inside of you right now.

It's called your ego.

I addressed this a little more thoroughly a couple years ago when I published "The
Last Law of Attraction Book You'll Ever Need To Read," but to summarize what I wrote,
your ego is basically the part of your mind that's exclusively interested in your continued
survival, and nothing else. It wants you alive. And it'll fight tooth and nail to keep you that
way.

It doesn't care about your comfort. It doesn't care about your happiness. It doesn't
care about your quality of life. As far as it's concerned, as long as you're alive, your ego is
doing its job.

This is vital to understand because this means that right now -- whatever money
problems you might have ...whatever relationship problems you might have ... even
whatever health problems you might be going through right now - all the ego knows, in
this moment, is that you are alive.

And the way it sees things, any change to the status quo (even if that change seems
positive on the surface) represents a valid potential threat to your survival. So it will do
whatever it can to prevent you from making the changes you want. After all, your ego
can't predict how any of those changes that you're looking for might actually affect the
probability of you staying alive.

You might want to be rich and famous, for example. But for all your ego knows,
getting famous might result in a stalker corning after you, which obviously qualifies as
a threat. And for all your ego knows, having more money might result in people you've
never even met coming out of nowhere and trying to sue you for everything you have --
another clear (but possible) threat.

I'm not saying that these possibilities are reasonable. I'm simply saying that your ego
is purposely unreasonable ...because it views this unreasonable approach as a necessary
step for ensuring your survival. It doesn't want to take any chances.

It 's not really trying to make you miserable, by the way. This is just your ego's
misguided attemp t to keep you "safe" because it loves you and it wants to protect you.
It doesn't realize that your probability of staying alive will actually most likely increase
when you get what you want. With this in mind, there are two specific w ays your ego
might try and trip you up if you let it ...

The first way your ego might try to steer you off course is by trying to convince you
that you're doing this "wrong" so that you won't have enough confidence to continue.

If your ego goes this route, it will likely come in the form of some nagging feeling of
uncertainty or degree of doubt that you just can't seem to shake.

You might, for example, find yourself worrying that you don't feel absolutely
AMAZING each and every time you take a few minutes to experience positive emotions
and just feel good.

You'll therefore begin rationalizing that you must not be doing this "right" or the way
you're "supposed to." As if ''perfection" was ever even a required part of the process to
begin with. As if there was only one way of actually feeling good, and this emotion HAD to
be nothing less than purely euphoric.

But the good news is -- that's not actually the case.

And while a common struggle you might encounter is believing you're doing this
wrong if you don't feel absolutely spectacular each and every time, it's important to realize
that positive emotions exist on a very wide spectrum - from the most dramatic you can
imagine ...all the way down to the subtlety of a whisper.

The truth is - really doing this "right" means underst anding that as long as you're
experiencing ANY level of 'good feelings ' - big or small, th en you're doing everything you
need to.

If you feel euphoria, great. If you feel excitement, wonderful. But you can just as easily
experience a feeling of ease instead. You can feel calm. Or collected. Or any other more
"quiet" emotion. And that will be more than enough to know that you're doing this right.

In other words, you don't have to feel FANTASTIC in order to know this is working.
You don't have to feel SPECTACULAR.

You just need to feel ...good.

And honestly, even just feeling "okay" is enough. Because the real principle in action
here is that you can't feel both "good'" and "bad" emotions at the very same time.

And as long as you're not feeling anything negative, then you're already paving the
way for good things to come into your life - simply by just being alive.

Keep this in mind anytime you get a creeping sense of doubt over whether you're
doing a "good" enough job of feeling good.

Because if you're not feeling bad, then that automatically means you're feeling good
enough for this to work.

And as long as you always remember that, your ego won't be able to trap you this way.

But it won't just stop there. And if your ego can't actually manage to make you doubt
yourself, it might go in a completely different direction instead.

This brings us to .. .

EGOTRAP#2

The other way your ego might potentially try to talk you out of actually doing this ...
is by making the process feel boring, pointless, or just plain unnecessary.

For example, are you still any bit surprised by the simplicity of my explanations so
far? Does it sound too good to be true that you can literally change your entire life simply
by just feeling good? Does it seem too simple and straightforward to actually work?

The truth is - if you're looking for something more complicated than this, that's
actually your clear indicator that you're getting in your own way. Or more specifically,
you're allowing your ego to get in your way for you. Because it's supposed to be simple.
It's supposed to be easy. It's supposed to be straightforward. That's how you actually win.
That's how you create the life of your dreams. That's how you just feel good.

So if you find yourself struggling a little with the simplicity of everything you're
learning .. .if you're thinking that there must be more to it than this -- that it can't possibly

be as easy as "just feel good, and then amazing things will happen" - then it might be time
to ask yourself how much your cynicism or doubt might actually be sabotaging you.

But the trap goes even deeper than that. Because if your ego is taking this approach to
stray you off course, it will more likely come in the form of you rationalizing to yourself
why you don't really have to take a few minutes each day to intentionally feel good. And
you'll instead tell yourself how it's no big deal to skip today ... and how you can always
"just do it tomorrow."

The obvious problem with this is that "t omorrow" never really comes. If you p ut it off
and you decid e it's okay to skip a day here and there, you'll end up waking u p a year from
now, realizing you never even started. And that's exactly what your ego is hoping for.

Because the only way this is ever truly going to work out for you is if you stick with it.
There's no way around it -- you must be consistent in order for this to work. Consistency
leads to momentum. Momentum then brings results. Results bolster your confidence and
enthusiasm. And your confidence and enthusiasm further fuel your consistency.

And it's t hrough that cycle that you actually win.

You really only need a few minutes a day, which is why this is so easy to do. But
regardless of how simple it is, you still need to do it daily, and that's why it's so important
that you make sure your ego isn't able to talk you out of doing it.

The good news is that keeping your ego from getting in your way is much easier
than you realize. All you have to do is make sure you're strat egically ch oosing methods or
techniques for feeling good that are so fun and so enjoyable to you, that y ou actually look
forward to doing them. THAT is the key to all of this.

Your daily practice needs to be a choice, not a chore. It needs to be something you
''get" to do, not something you "have" to do. It needs to be something that never feels like
a burden or obligation. It can't be some annoying commitment that always feels like it's
hanging over your head.

Instead, you want a situation where you genuinely can't wait to take those few
minutes out each day to just feel good, because it's your eagerness to do this that will
ensure you finally bypass your ego and begin creating a life that you'll love.

Imagine, for example, that you're a HUGE football fan, and you've just won tickets
to the Super Bowl. You're going to be excited to go, right? You're not going to complain
about traveling there or waiting all day for the game to start or being stuck in a crowd or
anything else. This isn't some annoying commitment that you have to do. Instead, you're
just happy and grateful that you get to the go to the game.

This is the kind of experience you're looking for in your practice of feeling good every
day. And the only way it's ever going to be that way for you is if you choose ways of doing
this that you genuinely enjoy each and every time.

That means not only does this need to be fun for you - but it has to be easy and
effective as well.

With that in mind, you're going to learn some of my best personal methods for feeling
good a little later in this book. But just the make sure they're all easy for you to do, the very
next chapter will introduce arguably THE best and most reliable way of feeling good that
I've ever personally encountered, so that you can finally invite and attract the life you've
always wanted once and for all.

CHAPTER 5: THE EASIEST WAY


TO FINALLY FEEL GOOD
As soon as you decide once and for all to finally just feel good, everything will change.

Blocks to your happiness and success will begin to vanish. Doors that were previously
closed will suddenly open. And miracles you never would have dared hope for in the past
will start unfolding for you in a way you never could have dreamed of.

And one of the best things about all of this is the fact that there are countless ways of
actually feeling good.

Which means your opportunities for experiencing positive emotions and leveraging
them toward your joy and fulfillment ... are virtually limitless.

This is no exaggeration, and your ability to feel good is really just a simple choice
away.

You could listen to your favorite music, for example.


Or treat yourself to a nice meal.
Or watch an exciting movie.
Or go to a comedy show.
Or anything else fun.

You essentially can do any myriad of things that might bring a smile to your face,
based on whatever you personally enjoy.
Nothing is off the table. The sky's the limit.

But if you really want to take "feeling good" to the next level - if you want something
you can do anytime - no matter where you are or who you're with ... something that won't
cost a single dime - an option that, despite being free and something you never have to pay
for, is actually more powerful, more useful, more valuable, and more effective than just
about any other way of feeling good out there - something easily accessible at a moment's
notice, that you can ALWAYS count on ... then you need look no further than the simple
magic of GRATITUDE.

The thing about gratitude that makes it so effective is that it's always personal. It's
always meaningful to you and your life. So it carries a lot more weight and feels much
more profound any time you experience it.

After all, it's one thing to listen to a song that you love. Or to watch a funny movie. Or
anything else you might like doing.
There's nothing wrong with this at all.

But it's another thing entirely to feel something truly good and positive about your
own life.

It's like "feeling good" on steroids, and the reason for this is that when you genuinely
experience the emotion of gratitude, you're actually feeling good while thinking about
what you already have in your life, or what you've enjoyed in the past, or even what you
want in the future that you know is on its way. Or all of the above.

Which means gratitude is an easy and automatic way of sending out the very clear
signal that you have (and will continue to receive) whatever you truly want in life.

It doesn't matter where you believe that signal is actually going. Like I mentioned
in chapter 3, it could be your subconscious mind, it could be the Universe, it could be
anything else - OR it could be all of them at once.

But it doesn't really matter which one it is, because whoever or whatever is listening
- when you send this kind of definitively powerful statement out into the ether - a clear
message that you're already happy in some fashion - that's when things will somehow

find a way of coming into your life that will continue to maintain (and enhance) this
feeling of happiness and satisfaction for you.

In other words, by hook or by crook, somehow someway, the blueprint for your
improved life will automatically be matched, mirrored, constructed, and directed straight
back into your physical reality. You lift weights, you get muscles, remember? It doesn't
matter if it's the muscle fairy, your body's built-in healing mechanism, or anything else.

All that matters is that the results really do come.

This is why gratitude is so powerful and amazing.

And this is why you want to leverage this power for your joy, your happiness, and
your success.

To put it another way, if ALL you ever took away from this book - and all you ever
did as a result of reading it - was make gratitude a consistent part of your daily life, then
everything you've ever wanted would actually become possible to a certain clear extent.

In effect, you're building your dream life by feeling this gratitude.

Simply by just saying "I'm grateful for that" or "I really like that" or "I appreciate that"
...AND actually meaning it ...you're making room for literally anything good to a happen
to you, whether that's an improvement in your finances, your relationships, your health,
or anything else.

This daily practice of feeling grateful - that you need only spend five minutes a day on
- it's everything- all you'll ever truly need.

In fact, the ONLY problem that most people face with gratitude as a concept .. .is
the fact that it's such an overused word, that it's unfortunately tempting (and almost
too easy) to gloss over what it really means without giving it even a fraction of the
consideration that it deserves.

Rather than there being a problem with gratitude itself, there's often an inherent
problem with the way in which we view gratitude. It's one of those loaded words we've

heard over and over again, which more likely than not has resulted in its true meaning and
value being lost on us, even if we don't want it to be.

I'm certain that this isn't the first time you're being introduced to the idea of
gratitude. And by that same token, I wouldn't be surprised if it was almost overhyped to
you in the past, and that after trying it briefly, it just didn't live up to all the expectations,
making it something that merely sounds good on paper to you, but doesn't yet carry any
significant personal meaning.

In other words, if in the past one hasn't had the opportunity to really experience
what gratitude can do, it's unfortunately very easy now to disregard how much magic it
actually creates.

Don't fall into this trap. Don't gloss over the sheer power and positive influence
gratitude can have over your life if you just give it an honest try. Don't doubt it. Don't
ignore what it can do.

Realize that your best strategy is to accept and embrace the idea that even if it hasn't
happened for you yet, gratitude can still have way more positive impact on your life than
you've ever given it credit for. And then, just do it and see what happens. You'll thank me
later, I promise.

As for how to actually feel gratitude, in truth, it's way easier and simpler than you
realize. In fact, if it ever feels complicated or confusing in any way, that's most likely just
your ego whispering in your ear. Because all you need to do in order to feel gratitude ... is
think of things in your life that are good ... and simply appreciate them.

And if that doesn't seem clear enough for any reason, an easy hack for getting around
this is to take a look at things in your life that you already enjoy, and think about how
much harder your life would be without them.

Imagine, for example, that the water in your home wasn't working, and you couldn't
wash your dishes or take a shower.

How inconvenient would that be?

Or think back to a time when you hurt one of your hands or fingers, and couldn't even
open a jar to make dinner.

How lucky are you that nearly every day of your life, this isn't an obstacle, and usually
your hands are just fine?

Even that paycheck that you probably feel isn't nearly as high as you'd like it to be --
imagine how much harder things would get if you didn't have ANY income at all.

This is how you ensure that you genuinely feel gratitude for all you have in life. After
all, it must be clear by now that everything you have that helps or supports you in any way
is truly deserving of your appreciation. Which is why asking yourself how hard it would
be if you didn't have these things makes being grateful for them so much easier.

Now that you know there are countless ways of doing gratitude right, the only
question left .. .is whether it's possible to do it wrong. And the unfortunate answer is that
there is, in fact, a way of "misusing" gratitude that most people don't know of. A way that
-- if they don't know how to spot it -- will actually result in the opposite of what they want,
keeping them from receiving any of the improvements or experiences they wished for.

But once you're aware of it, and once you know how to get around it, this final possible
way of blocking your own success vanishes immediately. This is what you'll learn about in

CHAPTER 6: GETTING
OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY
(THE MISSING KEY)
Now that you've got a much better understanding of gratitude's role in just feeling
good and inviting what you want into your life, it's time to make sure you don't fall into a
common trap of "misusing" gratitude (or any other method of feeling good) in a way that
might actually hold you back.

The problem, unfortunately, is that once people accept the idea that feeling good can
actually get them what they want, they're often impatient and overly ambitious in how
they use whatever methods for feeling good that they've learned.

The thing about feeling good is you can't just treat it like a weapon to pummel away
your problems. It's not a hammer that you swing.
It's more like a paintbrush that you gently stroke -- blending answers and solutions
into your life, so that your challenges fade away, rather than being shattered into pieces.

But most people don't really understand this, and the key mistake they end up
making (which is also why it usually doesn't work for them, and they give up before
anything happens) is that they often do these "feel good" methods ... for the sake of getting
their desired results - which certainly seems like the right thing to do on paper ...until you
realize that "feeling good" for the sake of changing your life ...will actually create the exact
opposite result that you were hoping for. Let me explain what I mean...

You see, the problem you might not notice here is that when you try to "feel good"
with the direct intention of"forcing" happiness and success into your life, you're actually
focusing your mind and energy on the lack of it. You're thinking and feeling really hard
about the fact that it isn't yours yet, even if you don't realize it. So you're inadvertently
"screaming" to whoever or whatever is listening (your subconscious mind, the universe,
God, etc.) that you don't actually have what you want, thus reinforcing the continued lack
of your most important desires without meaning to.

In other words, by attempting to feel good as a way of trying to drag or pull or force
better results into your life, you're basically instructing and programming the massive
infinite intelligence around you to maintain the undesirable state of you not having what
you want yet .. .when what you SHOULD be doing instead ... rather than feeling good for the
sake ofgetting what you want .. .is you should be feeling good .. .for the sake offeeling good!

Because THAT is how you send out the signal of actually getting what you want.
THAT is how you magnetize answers, solutions, joy, fulfillment, and success. THAT is how
you leverage positive emotions toward having the kind of life you've always longed for.

It's not about manipulating or tricking the universe into giving you what you want.
It's about GENUINELY feeling good ... and then what you want coming to you on its own.

So ... don't do this in order to be happy.


Instead, feel happy .. .in order to do this.

Choose to embrace joy, ease, satisfaction, or any other happy emotion NOW rather
than waiting for it to come to you.

Make no mistake here - your happiness isn't some elusive unicorn that's always out of
your reach.

Rather, being happy and just feeling good -- it's a strategy in and of itself -- an easily-
accessible (and very enjoyable) tool by which you invite more of what you want into your
life ... so that you can then have even more to feel good about. So you end up feeling good
.. .because you're already feeling good.

This is why you don't have to feel AMAZING every time. This is why any simple feeling
of ease or even just relief is more than enough. This is why feeling good for the sake of
feeling good is not only a win in and of itself, but it's THE win that will actually get you to
where you really want to be.

Ultimately, the win that you should want isn't a scenario in which you get whatever
result you desire, but rather, it is the present moment that you get to genuinely enjoy
when you just feel good.

And then the wonderful results that follow (when you carry this more useful
mindset) are merely a byproduct of your new current positive state. And when you finally
understand this, and you approach this in the much healthier way that I'm proposing,
your struggles and challenges simply don't stand a chance.

That's when the results actually come -- in any part of your life that you want. Money.
Relationships. Health. Career. Business. Family. Friends.

You name it - the results will be there. All from just feeling good for just a few minutes
a day, and not worrying about anything else.

So whenever you're tempted to try and "force" things ... and any time you find
yourself trying to control the speed or manner in which whatever you want comes to you
.. .just remind yourself that it's SO much more powerful and effective to just feel good for
the sake of feeling good, and then leaving an open invitation for whatever you want to
come in any way and at any time it's ready.

Doing it this way creates so much more ease and space, and it prevents any
frustration that would have otherwise had you inadvertently reinforcing the opposite of
what you want and holding it further from you instead.

Most importantly, UNLIKE when you're trying to control how or when things happen
for you ... feeling good for the sake of feeling good ... just feels good! And isn't that the
point?

With all of that said, just because feeling good really is the purpose of all of this ...
and just because feeling good really is the way you finally get to live the life you've always
wanted ... this DOESN'T mean you should hide from "bad" feelings or try to avoid them or
fear them in any way.

I'll explain why, along with how you can get what you want, even when you feel bad,

CHAPTER 7: THE GOAL


ISN'T TO NEVER FEEL
BAD (HERE'S WHY)
When most people discover how powerfully effective feeling good can be in leading
to amazing results in their lives, there's usually an almost automatic tendency for them
to then worry that on the flip side of things, feeling bad in any way will inevitably create
misfortune instead.

The problem with this is that judging yourself for feeling bad, or worrying about
feeling bad, or gritting your teeth all day to avoid feeling bad ...well, that feels bad.

So you end up inadvertently reinforcing the exact thing you were trying to avoid in
the first place - that of experiencing negative emotions and having negative results.

In other words, feeling bad about feeling bad is just another trap that keeps you from
feeling good.

The truth is, negative feelings can eventually lead to negative events IF they're
experienced over a long enough uninterrupted period of time.

But there are two very important reasons why you want to make sure you're not
twisting yourself in knots trying to avoid negative emotions in your life ...

REASON 1: Positive thoughts and emotions are WAY more powerful than negative
ones.

As you continue to make your way through life, it's vital to remember that your
positive thoughts and emotions are always going to have a dramatically deeper impact on
what you experience than any negative feelings you might encounter along with them.

There have actually been studies testing and proving this - where researchers hooked
wires and machines up to people, analyzed their brainwaves, and compared what's
happening when they feel "good" vs. when they feel "bad."

The standard results of these studies vary, but the widely-accepted consensus is that
positive thoughts and feelings, on average, are anywhere from hundreds of times to even
thousands of times more powerful than negative ones.

This is why feeling good for just five minutes a day has so much influence over how
happy and successful you end up becoming, even if during other parts of your day you're
not feeling good. Those few minutes of feeling positive emotions are more than enough to
tip the balance in your favor, not only creating significant effect immediately, but as you
continue with this process day after day, building a level of momentum with the power to
literally transform your life.

In other words, as long as you're feeling good for even just a small portion of your day,
then feeling bad can't prevent you from being happy. This brings us to the second reason
why you shouldn't worry about having negative thoughts or feelings ...

REASON 2: It's impossible to NEVER feel ANY negative emotions. So trying to


avoid them only creates unnecessary friction or stress.

The truth is it's impossible to only feel good and never feel bad. This world, after
all, is FAR from perfect. Your life is far from perfect. You wouldn't be reading this book
otherwise.

Bad things happen. It's just part of the balance of life. And it would not only be foolish
to pretend otherwise, but completely counterproductive as well.

So it's okay to acknowledge that not everything that happens to you is "preferred" or
"desired."

People fail. People lose. They get fired. They get their hearts broken. They struggle.
They suffer. They face challenge after challenge as they make their way through life.

But you can either dwell on these challenges, thereby responding to them in a
way that only reinforces and further perpetuates them ... OR you can strategically
acknowledge the "bad" that's already come into your life ... without also exasperating your
problems any further. And you can create a lot more space for happiness and success to
flow into your life instead.

Remember - just because bad things happen, that doesn't mean you can't be happy.

I'm not saying your problems aren't valid. I'm simply saying that you're the ONLY one
who can actually do something about them. You're the only one with the power to invite
something better.

And really, no matter what's happening in your life, you owe it to yourself to at least
try.

You're the only one who can make this choice to take a few minutes out each day and
just feel good.

You're the only one who can give it a chance and just see what happens.

And the key here is that we're not looking for a perfect life.
We're just looking for a happy one.

Actually, we're looking for an amazing one, which is way more possible than you
probably realize.

And your pathway to this spectacular wonderfully beautiful life .. .is by simply being
more intentional about feeling good for just a few minutes a day and NOT judging yourself
any time you happen to feel bad at any other points throughout your day as well.

You're making sure not to worry too much if you get upset when something happens
that you don't like, or if someone stresses you out, or if something else bothers you in any
other way.

In other words, rather than worrying about feeling bad - and rather than trying to
make sure that feeling bad never happens, you instead realize that the real strategy here -
the real way to win - is by just feeling good when you can, knowing that this is doing way
more for you than you might realize, helping to set the conditions for all the good things,
moments, people, wins, etc. that are about to come into your life.

Through this very simple strategy, you're going to be getting yourself more naturally
into a pattern of feeling good more often.
And as the days stretch out while you continue this daily habit of experiencing
positive emotions ...feeling good will become more of a natural automatic thing for you ...
while feeling bad will begin to fade, diminish, and happen less frequently.

And the best part is, now you know that any time you ever catch yourself feeling bad,
you don't have to be stuck with it or dwell on it if you don't want to.

You can instead take 30 seconds out, close your eyes, and just breathe. Or you can
simply remind yourself that you don't have to be in control of everything. Or you can just
remember that there's SO much more to feel good about instead -- no m atter w hat else is
going on in your life.

The truth is that all those things you want the most would actually make their way to
you so much faster and more easily if only you could be grateful for the good in your life
that you already have right now. And this is true regardless of how good OR not-so-good
you think your life might be in this moment. It's true despite any regrets you may have
from your past, any disappointments you wish you never had to face, or any struggles you
haven't figured a way out of yet. Regardless of any or all of that, there's still good to be
acknowledged and appreciated.

If you don't believe me ... or if you just can't seem to think of anything for yourself yet
- then consider, for example, your amazing miraculous heart that's been beating inside
your chest for every second of every minute of every hour of every day of every week of
every month of every year of every decade that you've been alive, tirelessly pumping blood
and nutrients and oxygen to all those organs and other parts of your body - all of which
also continue to serve you without asking for anything in return.

Think of your eyes that can see, your ears that hear, your sense of smell and taste and
touch. Be grateful for your arms, your hands, your fingers, your legs, your feet, your toes,
your lungs, your kidneys, your spine, and your face.

Consider your mind, your creativity, your resourcefulness. Even your paycheck,
however big or small, and all the things you continue to buy and enjoy with it. The clothes
you wear. The roof over your head. Food on the table that you've had your entire life.
Appreciate the fact that you can afford things like your phone, your laptop, vacations,
hobbies, your car, your home, your internet access. Your ability to read this book or
anything else you want.

Think about your favorite memories, the wonderful friends throughout your life, the
countless favors done for you, and every important person along the way. Remember your
first crush, your first date, your first kiss, the first time you fell in love. All your moments
of joy and wonder growing up. All of the times you couldn't stop smiling or laughing. All
the great meals with friends. The fun parties growing up. The gifts around the holidays.
The pets you loved, who loved you right back.

Consider the wonders of nature, the air in your lungs, the warm bed that keeps you
safe and comfy every night. Now think of all the amazing things you have on the way right
now - some that you expect, and others that will be complete surprises. And if that's not
enough, just think about the fact that this list doesn't even BEGIN to scratch the surface of
all you've enjoyed, all you have, and all you're still set to receive. There's no way to consider
all of this and not feel good.

And that's really the point. That's how you find your way to even more reasons be
happy. Or rather, that's how more of those reasons find their way to you. Wit h all of this in
mind, now that you've gotten just a mere glimpse of what you already have t o be grateful
for, let's move onto t he next chapter where I'll show you ten powerfully simple w ays to
just feel good.

CHAPTER 9: TEN
POWERFULLY SIMPLE WAYS
TO JUST FEEL GOOD
Now that you realize how much you have to in your life to be grateful for (regardless
of any difficulties you might also be facing) - and now that you also understand that a
strategic way of inviting even more good into your life is to find easy and simple ways of
experiencing more positive emotions ...then the only thing left to do .. .is just feel good.

And when you finally do this - when you finally engage in this simple and easy
process - the really fun thing about this is that once you get a little practice under your
belt, then feeling genuinely positive emotions for anything - big or small - becomes a
much more seamless and automatic thing for you to do.
And that's when the magic really begins.

This is why it's so important to just begin and give this an honest try. It's also why you
want to make sure you're beginning with user-friendly methods that will never let you
down. Make no mistake, the ten methods I'm about to share with you are more effective
than you might initially realize. You can use every single one of them, if you prefer. Or you
can just as easily pick one or two of your favorites, and stick with those.

Either way, they'll all always be there for you as fun options for injecting a little
positivity into your day whenever you need it.

Feel Good Go-To # 1: The Gratitude Blitz

When I first published "The Last Law of Attraction Book You'll Ever Need To Read," one
of the most popular methods I taught in that book is something I like to call The Gratitude
Blitz.

Here's how it works: You set a timer for however long you want - whether it's 5
minutes, 3 minutes, or even just 30 seconds - and then until that timer goes off, you just
sit and think of as many things in your life to be grateful for as possible.

You can do this around a specific topic if you'd like, such as your body or your job or a
relationship or anything else ...OR it can just be a free-for-all, where you allow yourself to
think of anything from any part of your life that you appreciate.

Those first 20 seconds or so, this might not initially seem all that impressive.

But as you get deeper into this and spend a few minutes really looking at how much
you actually have in your life (even if it isn't perfect), you usually end up feeling just
wonderful.

Would you like a demonstration of this?

Well, good news - I already gave you one .. .in the very last chapter. Go back and review
all the types of things I mentioned to be grateful for, and see how fun and easy this all can
really be.

And the best part is that it doesn't matter how 'big' or 'small' the things that you
appreciate actually are. This brings us to ...

Feel Good Go-To # 2: Seeing The Small & Simple

One of the best parts about feeling good is that you don't have to wait for something
HUGE to happen in order to do it. Of course you're going to feel ecstatic if you win the
lottery. But you can also just as easily be grateful for something as simple as finding a
penny or dime in the street.

This is why one of my favorite Feel Good Go-To's .. .is to just appreciate and enjoy
any little good things that happen throughout the day. It could be a smile from a passing
stranger. A call or text from someone special. The start of a fun or relaxing weekend. Or
even just petting a friendly dog in the street.

It could be something you do intentionally ... or something good that just happens to
you. As long as you can allow yourself to appreciate it, any little thing counts. And the
beauty of all these little things that happen ...is that there are so many of them, even if
you don't always notice. But the more you get used to actually looking for them, the more
of them you'll spot, the more times you'll be grateful, the better you'll feel overall, and the
more good (both small AND big) you'll invite into your life as a result.

All you need to do in order for this to benefit you is just be aware and notice and
appreciate when more of these good things happen.

It's that easy.

But keep in mind, even though all these little things really are great, you don't have
to notice every last one of them in order to just feel good. There's actually an even simpler
way of doing it if you want. This brings us to ...

Feel Good Go-To #3: Just One Thing

While it's certainly fun to notice all sorts of things you appreciate and enjoy in your
life, sometimes you can get even more positive emotion (and therefore more energy and
momentum) by focusing your gratitude on just one singular thing in particular.

It doesn't matter whether it's big or small. It doesn't matter whether it's a person, a
place, an event, a memory, an object, or anything else.

All that matters is that it's something you can easily appreciate without getting
bored.

So think of something or someone you appreciate. Someone or something that makes


you smile. Someone or something that you just feel good about.

And then take a moment to bask in the feelings of gratitude and appreciation for that
person or thing. Really dwell on those good feelings.

Whether your experience w ith this person or thing is something you remember, or
it's something you imagine having in the future ...simply replay that experience in your
head over and over, just enjoying the moment, with no agenda other than just feeling good
while you're thinking of it.

Make it even easier by picking someone or something that already naturally feels
good to focus your attention on. Choose anything from your past, your present, or your
future. As long as it feels good to think about th at one thing, that's all that matters.

And if you want to boost your good feelings even further, focus on breathing slowly
and steadily as you do this. Really just take in the moment and enjoy it. It really is that
simple.

But just in case you want something that requires even less effort, keep in mind that
not all Feel Good Go-To's need even this small a level of focus . Some don't require any focus
at all.
This brings us to ...

Feel Good Go-To # 4: 700 Seconds of Sunlight

There's something that's just so nourishing and soothing about the sun that really
can't be put into words -- a quality that many often take for granted since being out in the
sun has always just been a regular part of their day.

But with modern living and the advent of longer and longer workdays, most of us
unfortunately end up being stuck inside for far longer than we should be.

And you can't help but wonder how this lack of sunlight might negatively impact
one's physical or mental health.

It's with this in mind that I try to do what I like to call 700 seconds of sunlight each
and every day.

700 seconds adds up to a little under 12 minutes, which you can hopefully easily fit
into your schedule.

But truthfully, 10 minutes, or even just 5 minutes out in the sun can accomplish
plenty for you.

And you have more ways of getting a little sunlight in then you probably realize. You
can simply take a walk outside. Or you can even just stand somewhere in direct sunlight.
Or, if you're too busy even for that, at the very least you can open a window and just sit
wherever the sun's rays will shine directly on you.

You'll usually notice it more in warm weather than in the cold, but either way -
whether it's summer, winter, or any other season, being out in the sun just feels good.

So give yourself the gift of enjoying it as often as you can. You'll thank yourself later.
And also remember, sunlight isn't the only natural resource that can help you feel good.
This brings us to ...

Feel Good Go-To #5 : Earthly Ease

Just as the sun's rays can have a healing and nourishing effect on you, so can any
aspect of nature you might personally enjoy.

So whether it's a redwood forest, a white sand beach, a field of flowers, or anywhere
else personally enjoyable for you ... finding time to get out and relax in nature for just 5 or
10 (or perhaps even 30) minutes is a wonderfully effective way of experiencing ease and
just feeling good.

And just as the time you spend in nature is more valuable than you might realize, the
same goes for time spent with people who are important to you as well.

This brings us to ...

Feel Good Go-To #6: Moments of Quality

Whenever we're busy, stressed, or just feeling down in some way, we sometimes react
by isolating ourselves from others and depriving ourselves of the joy and comfort we
might get by being around them.

But it doesn't have to be this way. And one of the best ways in my experience for just
feeling good is what I simply like to call moments of quality -- which is just another way
of saying you should make sure you're spending quality time with friends or loved ones,
whether those relationships are romantic or they're platonic. The true impact of having
good people around goes way further than you might imagine, which is why even if you
can't be with some of them in person, a simple phone call can be more than enough to raise
your spirits.

So if you want an easy way of feeling good -- grab lunch with a friend. Take in a
movie with your brother. Go to a concert with your sister. Or even invite someone special
to a romantic dinner for two. Whatever you decide to do, and whoever you choose to do
it with, make time to be with those you genuinely appreciate and care about. Let their
presence bring ease and joy to your day

After all, life really can be so much sweeter with love and friendship in the mix. So
don't take either of them for granted.
Spend quality time with people you genuinely enjoy being around.

Because they really can bring so much more to your life. They bring happiness. They
bring joy. They bring excitement. They even sometimes bring good news, which is more
important than you might think. This brings us to ...

Feel Good Go-To #7: Good News Gratitude

Just as spending time with someone important can easily bring joy to your day, you
can also find it in the form of good news, big or small. And an easy way of ensuring you get
good news on a more regular basis is to simply acknowledge and appreciate it whenever
you can.

In other words, you invite and attract more good news ...by noticing it when it comes
and being grateful for it. And the thing that makes this so powerful is that you don't even
have to wait for the good news to actually arrive before appreciating it.

You can just as easily be grateful for it in advance.

This is why whenever I am doing my own daily gratitude, I ALWAYS give thanks for
"the good news today" regardless of whether it's happened yet or not.

Ultimately, it doesn't even matter whether I've gotten any good news yet that day.
Because even if the good news that I'm being grateful for hasn't actually happened yet,
more often than not, it will happen before the day is over.

That's just how it works, especially when it doesn't matter whether the news is
something HUGE or instead it's something small. There's never any pressure or worry
about it either way.

And because of this, even on those days when I don't actually notice it in the moment,
I often discover that something good did actually occur afterwards, whether I find out
about it a day later, a week later, or in some cases, even months later.

So notice and thank the good news when it comes. And be grateful for it in advance
as well, even if you don't know what exactly it might be - because not knowing what it
specifically is ahead of time actually opens the door for some AMAZING and fun surprises
to unfold. Either way, whether it's in the moment or it's ahead of time, appreciating your
good news ...just feels good.
And ultimately, that's really the only thing that matters.

And a really fun and powerful bonus to all of this is the fact that appreciating
your good news ahead time is a wonderful opportunity to practice feeling good without
needing to actually have anything yet.

After all, whether we're talking about unexpected good news or anything else in
particular, all that matt ers is that you know that something good is on its way to you, and
you're not in any rush for it to get here.

Just knowing t hat it'll be here soon in its own t ime and in its own way is more t han
enough for you, m aking your appreciation for it just another guaranteed w ay of putting a
genuine smile on your face. Which brings u s to our next m ethod ...

Feel Good Go-To # 8 : The Feel-Good Grin

Let's not make this any more complicated than it needs to be. When I use the term
"Feel-Good Grin," that's really just my fancy way of saying "smile." And while this might
initially sound too simple of a method for even this book, it's important to note that
studies have actually linked one's emotional state to a plethora of physiological cues from
their body.

Which means you can positively or negatively impact your own emotions through a
number of certain physical actions, including your facial expressions.

The reason this is so powerful is because many of these physical changes -- including
smiling (positive), frowning (negative), slow steady breaths (positive), and rapid stilted
breathing (negative) - are often automatic involuntary choices that your body makes
in response to your emotions. Which means the behavior is deeply-rooted and heavily
associated with the physical movement itself.

So all you need to do in order to purposely hijack t his process in your favor - is
voluntarily and intentionally do the right kind of action that you know will trigger the
right kind of emotion that you want - and your body's chemistry will have no other choice
than to lean into the more familiar direction that it's used to.

In other words, since your smile is a direct indicator of healthy emotions and positive
circumstances, all you have to do is smile for no reason at all, and a primal part of you will
believe that it's time to just feel good.

You might easily notice the emotional improvement, or it might take a little while
before you feel it, but just give smiling a try and see what happens. You just might
pleasantly surprise yourself.

After all, you don't even need a reason to smile. It's easy to just do. So there's pretty
much nothing standing in the way of trying it whenever you want. That's what's so great
about all of these methods that you're learning. They're all easy and fun to test out.

This brings us to ...

Feel Good Go-To #9: The Miracle Mantra

Any time you encounter some form of negativity or stress, one of the best strategies
for dealing with it is to have an easy way of feeling better right away. Something you
can do without any delay, and subtle enough that you don't have to worry about anyone
noticing or judging you. This is where something I like to call "The Miracle Mantra" comes
.
1n.

It's a statement of intention that you can say to yourself whenever you want.

You can speak it out loud if you wish, but you can just as easily recite in your head.

It's there for you whenever you need to remind yourself that everything's okay,
that what you want really is on the way, that you and your circumstances are always
improving, and -- most importantly -- that you're happy with who you are.

The wording for this Miracle Mantra is:

"I am happy, grateful, safe, complete, radiant, loving, powerful, and full of harmony."

Say this to yourself as little or as often as you wish. Say it 100 times a day. Or say it
once a month. As long as it feels good to you whenever you recite it or think it to yourself,
that's all that matters.

And whenever you do say it, really make sure you allow yourself to embrace the truth
of this mantra's words, so that it can more easily reflect your reality and life.

You're also free, of course, to edit this mantra in any way you wish. You can
personalize it by making it shorter, making it longer, switching out some of the words, or
anything else that inspires you.

If you plan on reciting it often, you might want to experiment with only 4 or 5 of the
words from it so that the statement flows faster and more easily.

But with all of that said, this mantra in its original longer form should serve you well,
as I have found that it has all the ingredients necessary for reaffirming positive emotions
and inviting more happiness and success.

Any method like t his is great for feeling good because it makes both a conscious
positive impression on you AND a subconscious one as well. Which brings us to this
chapter's final powerfully simple way of just feeling good ...

Feel Good Go-To # 10: A Scenario To Smile To

Sometimes the secret to feeling good ...is simply thinking about things that make you
feel good. And while this can easily happen on its own without you even trying, you also
always have the option of doing this intentionally whenever you wish.

And regardless of whether what you're thinking about personally involves you, or
you're thinking about something good happening for someone else -- as long as it feels
good to think about, that's all that matters, and you know it's working.

This is where coming up with a scenario that you know will make you smile comes in,
and there are two very easy ways of doing this: Visualization and Scripting.

Just as you'd probably expect, visualization means you make up a scene in your mind,
and you envision it playing out almost as if it's in a movie.

This can be a memory. Or it can be something you want to experience in the future.

You can see this 'movie' from your own point of view, as if you're in the actual scene
yourself. Or you can imagine you're watching yourself from afar on a movie screen, as if
you're not even in your own body while whatever is happening in the scene.

You can be as vivid in your visualization as you wish. And you can be as specific or
general as you wish as well. Again, all that matters is that it feels good to envision the
scenario you've chosen.

Scripting, on the other hand, is where rather than seeing the scenario play out in your
mind's eye, you write it out on paper as if you're drafting a movie script instead.

Again, you can be as vivid, specific, or general as you wish. You can write about
memories. You can write about future events. And if you don't like handwriting, you can
just as easily type it, or even speak it out loud as if you're telling the story to someone else.
There are no rules or limits, but a fun guideline that has often served me well is to describe
the chosen scene in the present tense. Doing this usually helps create a more profound and
visceral experience in the moment.

So visualize good things happening -- for you in your life or for anyone else in theirs.
Or just write about them, for either yourself or others (or both). Whatever scenario you
envision or script that makes you feel good, you'll be glad you gave this a try, and you'll
definitely thank me later.

Just in case you might be wondering, I wanted to be clear and confirm that I've done
(and continue to do) every single "Feel Good Go-To" I mentioned in the last chapter.

And the reason I've kept using all these methods is because, put simply, they work.

Which is why I try to get those 700 seconds of sunlight in on most days. And why I've
enjoyed experimenting with The Miracle Mantra. And why I truly cherish those moments
of quality with others whenever I can get them.

But remember, a critical part of this practice of feeling good is that it has to be daily.
And in order for it to be daily, it has to be fun and exciting enough that one is inspired to
do them without ever feeling like it's a burden or obligation.

And for you, ANY one of the methods I shared in the last chapter may just do that.
They certainly accomplish that for others.

But for me personally, for my own daily practice, in order to ensure that it checks
all the boxes I need to be excited about doing this every day, I've actually come up with
something that combines a number of the "Feel Good Go-To's" into one seamless easy
convenient technique. And trust me when I tell you it really is a lot of fun to do each day.

I don't have any fancy name for it yet. But what I do in this method is I pull out my
phone, open the voice memo app, record a message of things I'm grateful for - that can be
anywhere from 60 seconds to 5 minutes, depending on how I feel that day - and I send it to

a friend across the country via text message, who in turn, sends his message of what he's
grateful for back to me.

I only do this with this one specific person, who I hand-picked (and who hand-picked
me as well) based on my confidence that he'd actually be able to stick with me on this.

And what's really great about including him in this process is that I've automatically
installed this small level of "social pressure" to help keep me on point, even on those days
where SO much is going and I might otherwise be tempted to skip doing it. But thanks to
my friend, I never go a day without recording a message because I'd feel bad if I let him
down.

Some days, he gets his message to me first, and some days I send him mine first.
There's no rhyme or reason to it. It all depends on whenever each of us has a chance that
day to record something. And what's really great about the unpredictability of this is that
since I sometimes hear his message before I record my own, part of my message that day
is inspired by whatever he said to me, and vice versa for whenever my message is sent to
him first.

After all, ifhe shares any good news with me about his life, I'm naturally going to feel
happiness and appreciation for whatever he said, making me even more excited when I'm
recording my own message, and influencing some of what I say since I usually make sure
to congratulate him and offer more encouragement about whatever he's doing.

As of this writing, we've been doing this EVERY day with very, VERY few exceptions
for well over five years now. And the progress, triumphs, and transformations we've
observed in one another's lives has been nothing short of amazing.

He was there at the very beginning when I first published "The Last Law ofAttraction
Book You'll Ever Need To Read" and had a front row seat each and every day as I steadily
brought the book to over 100,000 copies sold and counting, to say nothing of all the other
wins I've enjoyed since beginning this practice with him.

And I've been extremely fortunate to have a front row ticket to all the fantastic wins
that he's enjoyed as well, in both his personal and professional life. Incredible doesn't even
begin to describe it .

With that said, you might be a little curious how I specifically approach this method,
along with which "Feel-Good Go-To's" are built into it.

Well, for starters, in case it isn't obvious, this entire message that I record each day is
pretty much just a straightforward Gratitude Blitz (Go-To # 1). All I'm really doing is listing
things about my life I'm grateful for off the top of my head.

I often include my body, my health, my readers, the success of my books, my five-star


reviews and other positive feedback, friends and family, and any and all other success that
I continue to enjoy.

Some of the things I list are things that are already in my life, and others are things I
plan on enjoying in the future.

But either way, everything is always stated in the present tense.

Which means some days I'll express gratitude for having sold over 100,000 copies of
my Law of Attraction book, and other days I'll be thankful for having sold over a million
(even though, as of the writing of this book's first edition, that technically hasn't occurred
just yet).

I also almost always express gratitude for "the good news today" (Go-To #7) ...even
(and especially) if I don't know what that day's good news will actually be.

And because I also often include scenarios that are on the way, mixing them in with
things from the past and present, this easily counts as spoken scripting as well (Go-To
# 10).

I usually make these recordings on my daily walk (Go-To's # 4 & #5), and I often
include a lot of "little" things as I'm going through my list (Go-To # 2).

So what I've basically done here is I've found a way to strategically incorporate 6
different "Feel Good Go-To's" all into one seamless practice.

And since I exchange these messages with one of my best friends, an argument can
also be made for Go-To #6. And you can argue for Go-To #8 since I inevitably find myself
smiling during these recordings as well.

I can choose to include The Miracle Mantra in my message if I want (Go-To #9) ... and
whenever I want to, I can also make this daily blitz around one topic or thing specifically --
so even Go-To #3 can be worked into this.

Clearly, the possibilities are endless, and this method works very well personally as
a reliable daily practice because it's fun, it's easy, it's fast enough to fit into my schedule
no matter how busy I am, and it even inspires more enthusiasm through its daily built-in
feedback with my friend.

ABOVE ALL ELSE ... for me ...it just works.

It's probably important right now to note that if you don't have anyone who you can
rely on to do this with - that's perfectly fine. There's no reason why you can't engage in
this amazing technique on your own. Because while having my friend in the mix is a really
nice extra perk, you can just as easily record the message for yourself, and as an optional
extra step, if you wish, you can even then play it back to listen and enjoy it.

Again, there are no rules or limitations here. As long as whatever method you're doing
feels good for however long you're doing it, that's all that matters. And I really hope the
way I've shared this method in particular will inspire you to experiment with this or any
other combination of the "Feel Good Go-To's" in whatever way personally works for you.

So by all means, please feel welcome to try whatever version of this you want. Test it
out. Play with it . See what works best for you, for your personality, for your goals, for your
lifestyle, for your schedule, and for any other parts of your life that might have an impact
over your decisions around this. Just make sure you're having fun while you're doing it.

CHAPTER 11: DON'T


OVERCOMPLICATE THIS (IT'S
SIMPLE, SO KEEP IT THAT WAY)
As you begin and move forward in this process, you're most likely going to be tempted
to complicate it in some way.

My number one piece of advice to you is ... don't.

Don't make it anything more than it actually needs to be.

Don't fall into the trap of thinking this has to be anything other than simple.

Most important of all, don't worry that you're not feeling as "good" as you're supposed
to right away. After all, "worrying" about anything feels bad.

And when you're feeling bad, you can't feel good.

On the flip side, when you're feeling good - even just a little good, then you can't feel
bad. And that's the only thing that matters.

None of this is to say that you're not going to end up feeling AMAZING before long.
Rest assured, you'll get there, probably faster than you think, and it will be just wonderful.
But you're only going to reach that point if you don't bog yourself down by overthinking
any of this. Remember, above all else, this is supposed to be simple. That's why it works so
well.

And that's why your best strategy is to lean in wholeheartedly and completely
embrace this simplicity. Because that is how you actually get what you want.

I spent years trying to figure all of this out for myself. And the biggest mistake I ever
made - the one thing I did that kept me from my happiness and success way longer than
I should have allowed it to - was my refusal to just accept the idea that it really could be
as easy as just feeling good. But I'll never make that mistake again. And you never have to
make it in the first place.

So by all means, feel welcome to experiment with everything you've just learned. Feel
free to explore your options - whether that means diving into the "feel good" methods
from this book, test driving any of the methods from my Law of Attraction book or
YouTube channel, or trying methods that you learn anywhere else.

Whatever you choose, and whatever you do - all that matters is that you keep things
simple, and that you don't try to do too much at once. All that matters is that you just feel
good. For even just a few minutes a day.

The rest really will take care of itself, and one day soon you'll wake up in a complete
state of bliss, wondering where this feeling has been hiding all this time.

And then, a day or week later, when you don't feel as overjoyed (but you still feel good)
- you'll know that's okay, and to just roll with it. Because your next moment of true joy -
one where you'll barely be able to contain your happiness again - it'll be just around the
corner. All because you didn't overcomplicate this or try to force it in any way. All because
you kept it simple.

CHAPTER 12: DO THIS TO


FEEL GOOD RIGHT NOW (A
QUICK DEMONSTRATION)
As a further demonstration of you how simple and easy this all can really be, I
thought it might be helpful to walk you through a quick exercise and give you just a tiny
little preview of what it's going to be like when you begin your daily practice of just feeling
good.

Sometimes you'll feel euphoria.


Sometimes you'll experience excitement.
And sometimes, as I expect for you in this brief demonstration, you'll simply just
enjoy a bit of well-deserved relief.

The steps for this exercise are beyond simple.

All I need you to do right now is find a quiet and comfortable place to sit (do your best
if you're in a less-than-ideal location, and then try this again later when you're in a better
spot). And then I want you to close your eyes and simply ... calmly ...just breathe.

It doesn't have to be deep or heavy breathing. It doesn't matter whether it's through
your nose or mouth or both. Just choose what you naturally expect would be the most
relaxing way for you.
And just breathe.

Maybe even set a time for a minute or two.

And just breathe.

Don't reach for any specific feeling while you're doing this.
Don't try to force it.
Don't try to make it any more complicated than it needs to be.

Just slowly ... calmly ...breathe. Let your worries melt away, if only for a minute,
before moving onto the next chapter.

Be perfectly content if any thoughts pop in your head while you're doing this - that's
just fine, and this isn't meant to be perfect.

But regardless of whether any thoughts are coming in or not, keep your eyes closed.
And just ...breathe.

And whether it's very subtle or very noticeable -- whatever sense of relief you
experience while doing this for the next minute or two -- just let yourself feel it.

Just breathe and relax and enjoy it. And know that you're worthy of this relief. Know
that you deserve it.

Just breathe ... and just feel good.

Please take a minute right now - before reading any further in this book -- to close
your eyes and do this.

...Did you take a minute out and really do this?

Okay, great. In that case, now I want to ask you to take another 30 seconds and think
back to either your happiest specific memory, the happiest day in your life, or even just the
overall happiest period of time in your life. Whichever feels easier and more natural for
you to do in this moment.

Maybe it's high school, or a specific memory or day when you were in high school.

Maybe it's college, or a specific memory or day when you were in college.

Maybe it was around the time when you were first falling in love, or maybe more
specifically, it was when that special someone first said, "I love you."

Maybe it was a vacation, or some other adventure you went on.

Maybe it was when you were a kid, and you brought home a pet for the very first time.

Maybe .. .it was a simple nondescript morning, just drinking your coffee, with no
worries or concerns that day, just being present in the moment, happy, safe, content, and
joyful.

You know what memory or day or period of time is the right one for this exercise.
It's the one that popped in your head fairly shortly after I asked you to think back to
something.

That's the right choice, so go with it.

Think about why exactly you were so happy in that moment, and then take another
minute or so, and just bask in the feeling of that memory. Congratulations - on a very
small, yet very genuine level, you're re-living the happiest time in your life. Right now. Let
yourself enjoy it.

Please take a minute right now - before reading any further in this book -- to close
your eyes and do this. Remember, you're not doing this for me. You're doing this for
you. You deserve this moment of happiness. So go ahead and take it before reading the
next paragraph.

...Did you take another minute and really do this?

Okay, great. In that case, I have a little more for you. I'd like to ask you to think of
someone you love, regardless of whether they're still in your life or not, and I want you
to remember a warm loving hug that you shared with them. And if you don't remember
any hug in particular, then go ahead and create one with them right now in your mind.
Envision and feel it to whatever measure feels easy and natural for you. Just take a minute
and enjoy this hug with this very special person.

And then please come back to this book when you're ready.

All set, and ready for one more thing? Okay, the last thing I want to ask you do to
before moving onto the next chapter is I want you to please take a quick minute and just
dwell on the first good thing that pops into your head, and just let yourself smile thinking
about whatever it is.

Remember, there are no rules to this. You don't have to think of the perfect thing, or
the "one thing" that'll REALLY make you feel good this time, or anything like that. You just
have to go with the first thing that comes to mind, take a minute out and enjoy, and then
move onto the next chapter.

And as you do, look back on what you just did here in these last couple of minutes.

This is how easy it is to just feel good.

CHAPTER 13: YOU ARE IN


CHARGE OF YOUR REALITY
There's one more key thing you need to understand in order for this to work for you.
And that is the fact that you have more power and influence over your happiness than
you've ever realized.

The life you've always wanted ...wants you just as much. It's seeking you as much as
you are seeking it. It's reaching for you every single day, whether you notice it or not. All
you have to do is meet it half way so that it can finally get to you.

You have a very important choice right now. You're in the driver's seat. You can be the
person who gives even just a little energy to the positive in your life each day. Or you can
keep dwelling exclusively on the negative.

In other words, you can give power only toward those things that you don't want, or
you can add fuel to the things that you do. It really is that simple.

Whether you're ready to finally accept it or not, you are in charge of your reality. And
you have a greater measure of control than you've ever let yourself know.

It all comes down to where you put your focus. Because your attention is truly the
most valuable currency you carry with you each day. Where you place it makes every
difference in the world in what you get back from it.

If you focus on good, you'll create more to feel good about. But if your focus on bad
goes completely unchallenged, you'll ensure more reasons to feel bad. So really, the key

is in recognizing this and committing to yourself to finally focusing on at least a little


good every single day. Trust me, your focus and attention will return to you whatever you
choose to invest in it.

The good news is that everything's actually going to be okay ... as long as you let it. So
embrace the idea that whoever or whatever is out there listening - they're in your corner.
You've asked, they've answered, and the answer is YES.

Whatever you want - IT'S ALREADY YOURS.


You just need to catch up to it a little.

And the best part is that deep down, you already know you deserve everything you've
ever wanted. You know you're worthy of all the happiness and success you've wished for.
And that's why you're finally going to let yourself enjoy it. Destiny really is on your side.
It's merely waiting for you to do your part ... and just feel good.

So anytime you're tempted to doubt all the wonderful things that are in store for you,
remind yourself that you've got infinite intelligence on your side. Because not only is this
accurate, but your awareness and acknowledgment of this truth will automatically move
you into the improved emotional state for letting what you want finally reach you.

All you have to do is actually stick with it, and the reality you desire will emerge in
ways you never could have imagined. Take this knowledge and commit to your vision of
your dream life. Commit to just feeling good. Commit to YOU.

Shortly before I began writing this book, I came upon a quote by Brent Smith, and it
really stuck with me.

He said, "Your new life will cost you your old one."

And it got me thinking - this is true on more levels than we usually ever allow
ourselves to realize.

If you really want a life of happiness, joy, success, prosperity, love, and everything
else that makes it worth living ...then you're going to have to be willing to give up the old
version of your life that never had room for any of these things.

The truth is, everything you want already exists in the potential - and it's simply
waiting for you to catch up with it. And in the meantime, it's pushing itself as close to you
as it can, with every atom of energy it can muster.

But you and your desires will never actually meet unless you finally make the
decision to let go of that old life where those things just weren't possible for you.

So you have to choose your new life wholeheartedly. And you do this by simply
comm itting to just a few minutes a day of just feeling good -- in any way t hat personally
works for you.

You go all in.

You make this daily practice a core part of who you really are.

And should any nagging hint of doubt ever creep in to distract you, trying to make
you think there's actually comfort or safety in the familiarity of your old struggles --
you recognize that for what it really is -- simply your ego's misguided attempt to protect
you. You push forward and stick with your daily practice anyway. You leave your old life
behind. And you open the door to your new and improved one instead.

EPILOGUE: BEGIN
I know it all sounds too good to be true. You feel good for a few minutes a day ...and
then every part of life that matters most to you suddenly starts getting better.

How could this even be possible, right?


How can this actually happen?

Well, I'll say it one more t ime - it doesn't matter "how."


And it doesn't matter "when" either.

All that matters is that it works, and if you only knew what kind of magic was waiting
for you on the other side of this daily practice, you'd never hesitate to begin.

No matter what's happened in your past, and no matter how you feel about your life
right now -- you owe it to yourself to give this a try. It's your responsibility - and your
responsibility alone -- to intentionally spend just a few minutes every day just feeling
good.

It really is the shortcut to everything you've ever wanted, and at the very least, by
moving forward with this, you'll enjoy more moments that otherwise would likely have
been consumed with worry or stress instead.

At the very least, you'll enjoy more of your life.

And really, isn't that the point?

No matter what anyone else has ever told you - or what you may have ever told
yourself - make no m istake -- you were meant to be happy. You were meant t o live a
wonderful life. And not a year from now. Or six months from now. Or in another 90 days.
Not even t omorrow.

You were meant to be happy NOW. With no more delay.

Not after you get th at money or that house or that promotion or that relationship or
whatever else you keep telling yourself you need to have first.

But now.

So here's my parting advice ...

Don't wait any longer to begin. Don't talk yourself into putting it off for another day,
or even another hour.

Take time out right now - before you even put this book down - to just feel good. Even
if it's only for a minute.

Do a brief gratitude blitz. Or quickly appreciate something about your body or health.
Or even just let yourself smile with no other agenda whatsoever. Just smile, breathe nice
and easy, and take in this moment with no worry or concern for anything else happening
in your life right now. Just .. .be.

And when you do this, it might feel amazing. Or it might just feel okay. But as long
as it doesn't feel bad -- as long as you aren't bored or frustrated or impatient - as long as
you're even the slightest bit happy doing this, and it feels good in any way, shape or form
-- then you know that it's working. And you know you've done your part to invite more
happiness and success into your life.

But don't put it off. Don't tell yourself you'll do it first thing tomorrow. This is far too
important to waste even another second waiting to start.

Just dive in. Just begin. Just feel good.
