Respected Sir,
1. MOM - 1st - Held between Ms. Zubia and the Subject Coordinator.
When I got the complaint on 6th August from the mother of Sania (student of grade I A) regarding reading, |
discussed with Ms. Sana (Subject Coordinator) on the very next day. And | also asked her about giving extra time to
the student in my free unit, at least 15 minutes in the library unit of Grade | A. At that time Ms.Sana said why Is the
library unit not used for reading? and she said just wait, don't do anything right now.
After that | thought she might have discussed this matter with A.H.
2. MOM - 2nd - Held between Ms. Zubia and the Primary SH. between 7th August to 7th September
When | got the complaint on 6th August from the mother of Sania (student of grade I A) regarding reading, | informed
SH and according to her that mother of Sania had so many complaints also in K.G class regarding reading. So |
offered for the extra time to Sania in my free unit, at least 15 minutes in the library unit of Grade | A. But it might be
that it was so early because the session had just started. But on the day of Orientation and PTM her mother directly
talked with SH about the matter, Then SH took some time from her mother. | am still working on it, Even she did not
know the sounds. Now she can
3. MOM - 3rd - Held between Ms, Zubia and Primary SH on 25th September 2023.
Again | got a complaint on 25th September through a whatsapp call with the same issue. So | informed SH again and
she said to me ok i will email to AH and ask to resolve this issue as Sania’s mother asked for remedial classes.
4. Brief for: Why Ms. Zubia did not keep respective subject coordinator / AH in loop of correspondence held
between 7th August to 25th September.?
As | already mentioned, in the beginning I discussed this matter with the subject Coordinator and thought that she
would resolve this issue after discussing it with AH. Itis my duty and also the previous practice to inform all the
‘matters to the coordinator so | did the same. Yes, | accepted that | did not inform AH directly and sorry for this but |
didn't do it deliberately because | was sure that the coordinator would inform AH. I never keep the complaints only
with me. | always discuss with the SH and coordinator. | also mentioned that in my reflection and informed that she is
the same child who is unable to read. From now | wil just inform AH.
5. All the communication was held verbally, according to Ms. Zubia, after Spm although the parents were
informed in the Orientation that teachers can be reached till 5pm.
Yes, parents were informed but the mother of Sania is a working woman. | don’t know her profession and I think 1
don't need to know her profession. But in today's meeting with AH. He asked me about the profession and residence
of Sania's parents. As Sania’s mother is a working woman that's why | attended her msgs and calls after § pm. Ifitis
wrong, | will not do it again. Its also difficult for me to attend any msg or call any time.
Reply of the Important points:
twas our previous practice that we arrange remedial classes for the weak students. But | did not start it with Sania. |
‘managed this in my teaching unit and still | am doing it. But | observed that she can improve her reading through
individual attention for some days. Because now she can understand the sounds of the letters and blending the
sounds of at least four letter words. | am ready to put my efforts into improving her reading skills. At least | can try
and Inshallah | can do it.

Important Point:
| would like to inform that Ms. Zubia has acknowledged during the meeting with SH - Primary that she will offer
remedial classes to particular student. This acknowledgment was given to Primary SH but AH / Subject Coordinator
are / were not informed niether the approval was taken. If he acknowledgment was already given verbally by the
teacher in collaboration of SH then | am, being AH, clueless why there is a need of official statement,

The principal was informed timely and we tried to resolve the matter but the parent is not at all willing
to show patience in this regard. She is continuously insisting to avail remedial / extra classes to groom
tthe child.

‘The mother of Saniya Class TA is continuously complaining to the class teacher and the SH that
her child is unable to read even two to three letter words since she was in class KG. She
complained to the class teacher of KG, Ms Nazia, in the previous session and according to her she
worked with the child, When the child was promoted in class I, the mother started complaining to the class and the.
language teacher, Ms Zubia, to help her in this regard. She requested Ms Zubia to take her
remedial classes either after off timings or on Saturdays.
On the orientation day, the mother met the SH and shared the same concerns to which T
requested her to wait tll mid of October as the teacher is continuously working with the child.
