CM (3ed) - Lesson Plan - C104

The document summarizes lessons about ammonia and reversible reactions from a chemistry textbook. [1] It describes how ammonia is manufactured industrially through the Haber process of combining nitrogen and hydrogen gases at high pressures and temperatures using an iron catalyst. [2] It also explains that some chemical reactions are reversible and can reach equilibrium when the forward and backward reaction rates are equal. [3] Examples and practice questions are provided to help students understand these concepts.
